I think Yaga's case is more to do with his cursed technique based on how overpowered it could actually be based on how the higher ups seem to dislike Panda. When Yaga makes cursed corpses they don't need anything in addition from him to keep existing, which I don't think we've seen any other ability like it (except maybe Mahito's transfigured human's though I'm not sure). Cursed spirit manipulation and any ability involving shikigami both seem to require sustained cursed energy use from the user. Panda, who is a cursed corpse of Yaga's making, is literally his own being with his own cursed energy. So theoretically Yaga could make a massive army of cursed corpses if he decided to hide away for years. Though the support he gets from Gojo and that he and Gojo support Yuji certainly doesn't help Yaga's standing the higher ups either.

The difference between Yuta and Yuji is the fact that Yuta actually managed to control his "wild power" and proved himself and he doesn't even need Gojo anymore since he's a special grade himself, meanwhile it's impossible for Yuji to control Sukuna and Gojo was the only reason he was allowed to live in the first place so it's not like Gojo is a saint here, don't get me wrong the higher ups are ops for sure BUT this is somewhat Gojo's fault because it was HIS idea to keep a ticking time bomb on their side, they are just taking advantage of the situation to take Gojo out of the picture which sucks
Saying it’s impossible for yuji to control sukuna doesn’t make any sense. Yuji is one of the only ones who can control sukuna aka suppress him in his body that’s why sukuna and all the curses are trying to find a way to make yuji give up control because he HAS all the control. The only reason yuji lost control was cause he was fed 10 fingers at once and it was only for like 25 minutes or something like that

I find it funny how unlike the other instances of sentencing the sorcerers to death, like Itadori, Geto, and Yaga, they instead chose to "expel" Gojo from the jujutsu society. They very well knew that they couldn't kill him, the Prison Realm was the only thing keeping him from wiping them all out.
They did an absolutely amazing job wrapping up the season and setting the stage for the culling game arc. The vibe was so scary, uncertain and uncomfortable. I loved it :3 jjk might be my new favorite anime .
To answer your questions. Yuta was in Africa first off and second inunaki lost his arm during sukanas domain expansion. He was within the range of it and he lost it protecting himself from the domain which is why sukana lessened the radius to save megumi from being affected

Great reaction! Now about Gojo's persecution, it makes sense from the perspective of the corrupt higher ups because they've always been enemies to Gojo. They're using shibuya as an excuse to finally make a move against Gojo by blaming all that happened in shibuya to Gojo. Also, Geto's reappearance (from their mind it's still Geto) made them feel like Gojo was protecting Geto all along because everyone knew that Gojo killed Geto in JJK zero. About Yaga, well since he is the sensei of both Geto and Gojo, the higher ups thought they were his responsibility in the first place. There's also anotber reason, which is yet to be revealed in the anime.
One thing people often miss is that the 3 clans Gojo, Ze-in, Kamou have been fighting for centuries. Gojo is like this miracle prodigy that broke that balance. The shibuya incident has left both the Gojo and Ze-in clan without a leader, and with Kamou's heir being the student Toshinori who is not seen as strong, suddenly siding with fake Getou doesn't seem like such a bad idea, since he was the one that got rid of Gojo.
Since I've seen a lot of reactors confused. The higher ups wanted Gojo to kill Yuta after RIka attacked the high schoolers in the movie, they also were trying to have Gojo kill Itadori just after consuming one of Sukuna's fingers. Gojo was the reason both those boys are alive and now that he's gone they'll just do their bullshit. They also are pretty much forced to let Yuta run with them because they can't really send anyone to kill Yuta since Gojo is sealed and if you're trying to kill Yuta you'll have to beat RIka aswell. There's gonna be another character next season that really goes to show how shrivel dick the higher ups are.
This might be an unpopular opinion but I think that the decision the higher ups made makes complete sense. This is because in the JJK 0 movie, we hear a slash sound in the end, indicating that Gojo killed Geto. Gojo must have told the same to the higher ups that Geto was killed by him. But seeing Geto's body alive and kicking (who is being controlled by Kenjaku at the moment), may have made the higher ups believe that Gojo might have double crossed them for the sake of his friend. What people are also missing that no one actually knows that Geto is being controlled by Kenjaku except Gojo, to whom Kenjaku willingly showed himself, but he is currently sealed in the prison realm right now, hence the above opinion makes even more sense as to why the order had the name "Suguru Geto" and not "Kenjaku". If both Gojo and Geto(Kenjaku) are believed to be in this act together, it seemed to them that they might have been incited by someone else too, which points to their teacher, as he was the only one Gojo and Geto relied on (excluding each other ofc). Hence the death penalty on the teacher. I think that this decision made by the higher ups is one of the most rational decisions they ever made (rational, not right). U can thank Kenjaku for all this confusion, dude's a mastermind. Let me know any thoughts of you guys on this take. They want Gojo as a bad guy for two reasons. The primary reason is that he’s a thorn in their side. The higher ups want to conform to “traditional” sorcery while Gojo wants to educate the students and bring a new age of sorcery. He’s just so overwhelmingly strong that they can’t do anything but let him have his way. The second is that from an outsiders POV, it seems like Gojo is working with Geto. Gojo confirmed Geto’s death in JJK 0, but now the higher ups see “Geto” walking around. It looks to them like they conspired.
There are 2 Rikas. Rika the girl that died, and Rika the cursed spirit. Rika the girl that died and got cursed by Yuta passed on to the afterlife after Yuta broke the curse, but Rika the cursed spirit stayed bound to Yuta. Rika the cursed spirit is basically a copy of the original Rika, so she still acts in the same hyper overprotective way Also, the whole thing with Gojo is simply because Gojo has proven that he cannot be controlled. The only reason why he hasn't wiped the higher ups from existence is cuz he hasn't felt like doing so yet. At any point, Gojo could walk in there and kill all of them and there is nothing they could do to stop him. so him being sealed is very convenient for them. And the reason why they still call him Geto is because they don't know it's not him, they just know that it is his body, and his cursed energy, and his cursed technique, so by all intents and purposes, he *is* Suguru Geto.
They are not idiots since they already hated gojo and yaga couldnt control him the incident gave higher ups the opportunity to to deal with gojo and his accomplices
Lets go... - The inumaki lost its arms due to the expansion of the sukuna's domain that killed everything inside and probably Inumaki was very close to the dimension, it didn't lose its life but its arms. - They believe that gojo betrayed jujutsu because he confirmed getou's death, but when they saw getou (the shell) they deduced that gojou lied and are saying that it was a betrayal. And the one who was part of this was Yaga who assigned his mission. - However, I assume that all this is also happening due to the fact of corruption among the jujutsu sorcerers who are dirty (gojo himself kept saying this, he even joked that one day he would exterminate everything and start from 0, due to the fact that today society is such a rubbish bunch of mercenaries) - So much so that MeiMei simply disappeared and left without warning, she only saw that it wasn't worth taking risks when she realized the size of the problem and abandoned everyone to death. She is a cold mercenary, who has proven herself to be another money-first in the jujutsu world. And now Yuta has made a pact to kill Itadori and we know that when a pact is created, it must be fulfilled, or someone will probably die...
It makes sense gojos job from the start was to kill yuji which he didn’t do instead had his own plan to keep him alive until he ate all the fingers meaning anything that happens with yuji and sakuna falls onto gojo none of that would of happened if he executed him episode 1
Higher ups wanted Gojo out of the picture. They fear him. He wants to change the world with Jutsu while the higher ups want to keep things traditional and refuse to change.
You do know that Gojo killed many innocents in Shibuya? His Domain for 0.02 seconds wasnt enough, it still took a toll on the civilians and afterwards killed most if not everybody present there. So thats why.

The reason Yuta still has Rika is because JJK and JJK 0 are not the same timeline, they are similar but JJK 0 is just what the animated version of the og manga before Itadori and his story were a thing. So, while some aspects like Yutas backstory and some of the parts are mostly accurate, things like Getos attack and Rika leaving are not as they do not happen in the same universe and most of JJK 0 isn't cannon in normal JJK. I think aside from the politics with the higher ups. Gojo said that he killed Suguru Geto so when he appeared again, they used that fact to double down on Gojo being a traitor which plays perfectly into their agenda.
Yuji didn't do anything. Sukuna did. We saw a glimpse of Inumaki for a split second during the Sukuna vs. Mahoraga fight. His arms both got cut off from Sukuna's Domain Expansion, but he was at the outer edge apparently, so he only lost his arms before he got out of the range.

It happened when Sukuna used his domain expansion against Mahoraga. He was just within his range of 140 meters.

They're using shibuya as an excuse to finally make a move against Gojo by blaming all that happened in shibuya to Gojo. Also, Geto's reappearance (from their mind it's still Geto) made them feel like Gojo was protecting Geto all along because everyone knew that Gojo killed Geto in JJK zero. About Yaga, well since he is the sensei of both Geto and Gojo, the higher ups thought they were his responsibility in the first place. There's also anotber reason, which is yet to be revealed in the anime.

One thing people often miss is that the 3 clans Gojo, Ze-in, Kamou have been fighting for centuries. Gojo is like this miracle prodigy that broke that balance.
The shibuya incident has left both the Gojo and Ze-in clan without a leader, and with Kamou's heir being the student Toshinori who is not seen as strong, suddenly siding with fake Getou doesn't seem like such a bad idea, since he was the one that got rid of Gojo.
Since I've seen a lot of reactors confused. The higher ups wanted Gojo to kill Yuta after RIka attacked the high schoolers in the movie, they also were trying to have Gojo kill Itadori just after consuming one of Sukuna's fingers.
Gojo was the reason both those boys are alive and now that he's gone they'll just do their bullshit. They also are pretty much forced to let Yuta run with them because they can't really send anyone to kill Yuta since Gojo is sealed and if you're trying to kill Yuta you'll have to beat RIka aswell.
There's gonna be another character next season that really goes to show how shrivel dick the higher ups are.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I think that the decision the higher ups made makes complete sense. This is because in the JJK 0 movie, we hear a slash sound in the end, indicating that Gojo killed Geto. Gojo must have told the same to the higher ups that Geto was killed by him. But seeing Geto's body alive and kicking (who is being controlled by Kenjaku at the moment), may have made the higher ups believe that Gojo might have double crossed them for the sake of his friend.
What people are also missing that no one actually knows that Geto is being controlled by Kenjaku except Gojo, to whom Kenjaku willingly showed himself, but he is currently sealed in the prison realm right now, hence the above opinion makes even more sense as to why the order had the name "Suguru Geto" and not "Kenjaku".
If both Gojo and Geto(Kenjaku) are believed to be in this act together, it seemed to them that they might have been incited by someone else too, which points to their teacher, as he was the only one Gojo and Geto relied on (excluding each other ofc). Hence the death penalty on the teacher.
I think that this decision made by the higher ups is one of the most rational decisions they ever made (rational, not right). U can thank Kenjaku for all this confusion, dude's a mastermind.

They want Gojo as a bad guy for two reasons. The primary reason is that he’s a thorn in their side. The higher ups want to conform to “traditional” sorcery while Gojo wants to educate the students and bring a new age of sorcery. He’s just so overwhelmingly strong that they can’t do anything but let him have his way. The second is that from an outsiders POV, it seems like Gojo is working with Geto. Gojo confirmed Geto’s death in JJK 0, but now the higher ups see “Geto” walking around. It looks to them like they conspired.

There are 2 Rikas. Rika the girl that died, and Rika the cursed spirit. Rika the girl that died and got cursed by Yuta passed on to the afterlife after Yuta broke the curse, but Rika the cursed spirit stayed bound to Yuta. Rika the cursed spirit is basically a copy of the original Rika, so she still acts in the same hyper overprotective way
Also, the whole thing with Gojo is simply because Gojo has proven that he cannot be controlled. The only reason why he hasn't wiped the higher ups from existence is cuz he hasn't felt like doing so yet. At any point, Gojo could walk in there and kill all of them and there is nothing they could do to stop him. so him being sealed is very convenient for them. And the reason why they still call him Geto is because they don't know it's not him, they just know that it is his body, and his cursed energy, and his cursed technique, so by all intents and purposes, he *is* Suguru Geto.
They are not idiots since they already hated gojo and yaga couldnt control him the incident gave higher ups the opportunity to to deal with gojo and his accomplices

- The inumaki lost its arms due to the expansion of the sukuna's domain that killed everything inside and probably Inumaki was very close to the dimension, it didn't lose its life but its arms.
- They believe that gojo betrayed jujutsu because he confirmed getou's death, but when they saw getou (the shell) they deduced that gojou lied and are saying that it was a betrayal.
And the one who was part of this was Yaga who assigned his mission.
- However, I assume that all this is also happening due to the fact of corruption among the jujutsu sorcerers who are dirty (gojo himself kept saying this, he even joked that one day he would exterminate everything and start from 0, due to the fact that today society is such a rubbish bunch of mercenaries)
- So much so that MeiMei simply disappeared and left without warning, she only saw that it wasn't worth taking risks when she realized the size of the problem and abandoned everyone to death.
She is a cold mercenary, who has proven herself to be another money-first in the jujutsu world.
And now Yuta has made a pact to kill Itadori and we know that when a pact is created, it must be fulfilled, or someone will probably die...
It makes sense gojos job from the start was to kill yuji which he didn’t do instead had his own plan to keep him alive until he ate all the fingers meaning anything that happens with yuji and sakuna falls onto gojo none of that would of happened if he executed him episode 1

You do know that Gojo killed many innocents in Shibuya? His Domain for 0.02 seconds wasnt enough, it still took a toll on the civilians and afterwards killed most if not everybody present there. So thats why.

The reason they dont want to fuck Yuta up anymore is because Yuta now is a special grade soccerer like gojo with special grade curse so fighting yuta is the same as sucide like fighting gojo
The reason Yuta still has Rika is because JJK and JJK 0 are not the same timeline, they are similar but JJK 0 is just what the animated version of the og manga before Itadori and his story were a thing. So, while some aspects like Yutas backstory and some of the parts are mostly accurate, things like Getos attack and Rika leaving are not as they do not happen in the same universe and most of JJK 0 isn't cannon in normal JJK. Yuji didn't do anything. Sukuna did. We saw a glimpse of Inumaki for a split second during the Sukuna vs. Mahoraga fight. His arms both got cut off from Sukuna's Domain Expansion, but he was at the outer edge apparently, so he only lost his arms before he got out of the range.

They assume Gojo was an accomplice because Geto's body is what they see. The higher ups figure that Gojo must have just let him go after Yuta beat him. It also wasn't Yuji that cut off Inumaki's arm. It happened when Sukuna used his domain expansion against Mahoraga. He was just within his range of 140 meters.
The higherups hate yaga because he can make panda level Cursed Corpses, But wont tell the higher ups why ... they could make a an army of panda level Cursed Corpses with Yaga . So they want that information and they wanted Yaga dead if he don't them. They just took this oppurtunity to kill off the ones they dont like.
They deemed Gojo a traitor because they found out that Geto was alive (they don’t know that it’s actually not Geto) so they suspected Gojo didn’t actually killed Geto back then thus believing he and Geto were working together in Shibuya. They wanted to get rid of Gojo anyway for a long time so him being sealed is a win situation for them. And they needed a scapegoat to take the fall thus headmaster Yaga.
