So the ending for an explanation as to why gojo is considered an accomplice and not supposed to be freed is because what sukuna did, gojo is the reason yuji and sukuna aren’t dead and because of that thousands of people died in shibuya which is why yuta was called in because hes the next strongest sorcerer they have that might be able to kill sukuna at this point, and yes gojo did save yuta the same way he saved itadori. Finally the reason you see yuji clapping his hands is because now there is an OVER ABUNDANCE OF CURSES on the loose so now all the sorcerers are just running around trying to exorcise them.
