You can actually buy this in a can called Dirty Girl Transfusion. I tried it a while back and it's easily my favourite alcoholic beverage. Thanks for showing me how to make it!

The Masters Transfusion recipe from the Masters bartender:
Fill a glass (preferably a highball glass) with ice at home… at the course a solo cup or whatever drink container you have available.
Add 3oz vodka, 3/4 oz grape juice, and lime juice. (For those who prefer a fruitier, slightly sweeter kick, add an extra shot of grape juice to taste.)
Top with ginger ale to finish.

I would pour concord grape juice at the last over ice - then you see the transfusion occurs ..... So add vodka, lime juice, top with ice, then ginger beer, then slowly pour some grape juice
