Hi Sir/Mam, we bought it few years back for my daughter from specsmakers for Rs.2000. They claimed Rs.2000 was just for the frame we chose and the anti-rays lens was free. Please note, she didn't have any lens power it was just the anti-rays lens.
In our experience yes, it really reduced eye strain while watching screens for a long time. But make sure you pick a comfortable one, else you'll find yourself not getting used to wearing it.

We have experience buying it only with Specsmakers so far. It's good as expected. The frame and lens are lasting long, we have no issues in-between.
Titan eye plus..will be better though it's cost is high
