Actually that is not a blue light filter. It's a UV filter coating. Kindly check with UV light source (like UV laser). It will definitely reflect more than 40% of UV rays depands on quality of UV coating. That's why you see the colour changes after wearing this class. Thanks.

In my experience try to use polarized glass while using pc for long duration..... It gives more comfort and reduce maximum light. It will not affect the viewing experience....
