The call time at 8 am and not shooting until 5 pm is the funniest line about this to me. Just nine hours of waiting around until the workday even starts.
This happened to me at my first job with an electrician a buuuunch. Guy would bring us to a job and tell us to do one tiny thing, and then leave to get materials. We’d finish and then wait for 4-6 hours only to pack up and leave when he finally got back. One time he left us at a church, had us run 1 wire, and then left us there for 8 hours, and when he finally got back he informed us that he was out of money and we didn’t have jobs anymore.
It was smart to "create a lane" to get the mustard back in the bowl. I remember creating lanes in culinary school when making some of my favorite dishes.
You didn’t use the fucking… The fuck… Omg… The mustard. This. Is on YOU. You’ve ruined my entire fucking day, so thanks for that. THANKS. It’s good FUCKING mustard. OK. jesus christ… *I’m about to lose my job*
Yeah, it's one of those things where the beauty is in the execution. I could watch these two do anything because their chemistry together is just so brilliant.
“I love dipping uhh chicken nuggets in honey mustard. And sometimes, if I get chicken nuggets with french fries, I‘ll also dip my french fries in honey mustard” -my tinder bio.
I love how Eric says he's allergic to shrimp in Episode 3... then comes out here and says he's not sure if the allergic reaction is from the Shrimp or the sauce. Priceless.
To be fair, who knows what else was in the sauce to make him break out like that. You can have an allergic reaction to more than one thing, and god help you if you do
Finishing the series dumping the sauce in the sink, rinsing out Tim's mouth, and denouncing Piztman's....perfect. This kicked ass. Glad I finally ran across Tim's Kitchen Tips 9 years later. :)
I’ve seen these videos countless times and then forget about them. I just bursted out laughing when he talked with his hand “just kind of WAKENS up the flavors” This is why he’s my favorite comedian
A lot of Time and Eric are a pretty avant-garde brand of comedy that can sometimes miss with people but these cooking shows are absolutely brilliant. The subtle awkwardness of the mess and Erics sour attitude. So good. They should do more of just this.
I just noticed at the beginning he's saying he loves dipping chicken nuggets in honey mustard but when he looks down to see they didn't give him any nuggets he looks disappointed and trails off a bit
lol I actually loved this Gonna prank my mom with this, she loves those cooking shows, and IF I say this is a new show about sauces, I think she will fall for it.
This is amazing. The vulgarity, the brilliant lines, the dark and sore relation between the two and Tims facial expressions that emphasize every second and all the points. It is an incredibly precise parody of food programs (really, how can I eat again?), and their shows in general of everything, Tim and Eric have totally deconstructed my reality and all my social relations.
I physically can’t watch the ‘something is off’ part without dying laughing. I’ve seen it hundreds of times and it’s still just a funny as the first time I saw it. Truly incredible humor
The call time at 8 am and not shooting until 5 pm is the funniest line about this to me. Just nine hours of waiting around until the workday even starts.
That had to have happened to Tim and/or Eric at least twice during their career.
just to film eric mixing honey and mustard lmao
I just looked this up specifically to hear that line
Not far off from actual sets lmaoo “hurry up and wait”

"I'm not getting any money for the mustard, I'm just getting lots of mustard..."
AntonDoesMusicoio
Great job.
Best line in the series
Every man's dream!
Lmao
2:56 he missed with the pitzmans at the end, so the flavors were still asleep, that's why it's off.
ah true
warmachine021 I laughed so hard when that happened
WAKEN UP
the honey is off not the pitzmans you fuckin loser
Tampaterry54 The person never said the Pitzmans was off.

*I’m about to lose my job*
That sauce flip as well, to mix the bottom in with the top, really advanced stuff - he should be charging for this episode.
I think the key to the recipe is the flip method
sometimes you just have to mix that boy up
"And this honey isn't as good a-... it's not... got a weird a... dund't taste right."
yes still makes the dip...love it
xoxoxo
Lishi 82 I always make a lane when cooking especially if I spill some while flipping over my mixing bowl
Taste a bit of honey by itself. It's ass.
@@Ralph_SandwichBuy better honey.
I love how it's the same formula every time yet it somehow manages to be genius every time
Yeah, it's one of those things where the beauty is in the execution. I could watch these two do anything because their chemistry together is just so brilliant.
+Zachary Gallant Hell yeah. Awesome icon by the way, excited for them to tour again.
and watching Tim verge on laughing but never does lol
The secret is in the pitzmans
DV16 amen
"Somethings off... This is off.."
Just the last things you wanna hear from a cooking show
I want to see Rachel Ray rinse her mouth in the sink after eating a recipe she made. I would fucking die laughing.
There's a reason why it tastes like piss
tis' a gift to be simple, tis' a gift to be free. the acoustic guitar, the asinine quote, its like they nailed every cooking show intro ever.
“Had a fun time making it, too.”
"I can't think of the word for it"
Best way of meeting someone.
Tim: "How are ya"
Eric: "Not good"
Me and my therapist
2:57 not a drop goes in...im dying here
Tis a gift to be simple tis a gift to be free.
"Let's just create a laaane."
I still randomly say this to this day
This entire series is worth watching just for Tim's delivery of "Dudn't taste right"
lol totally agree that single line has stuck with me for years and years now
Sumthin's off...
The timing of that... and of "....from bees" is just genius
He didn't use enough Pitzmans mustard.
“I love dipping uhh chicken nuggets in honey mustard. And sometimes, if I get chicken nuggets with french fries, I‘ll also dip my french fries in honey mustard” -my tinder bio.
They don’t get enough credit for being very talented actors. This kind of comedy is not simple whatsoever
Hell, start your own show. Prove it
@@cactusmalone whoa... steady on there Mike
Mike is our resident armchair comedian
@@chrischickering1959 He must be some sort of genius
I love the layers. Its like an onion
Tim squirting mustard into a bowl of lettuce is my favorite part of every episode
GOES THROUGH A COUPLE BOTTLES EVERYDAY LOL
Tis the gift to be simple, tis the gift to be free.
I love that part.
Dingo Baby 'tis a gift to make food that looks like pee
iVenge these sauces look like a horrible sight but add a dash of pitzmans to make it look right 😂😂
Tim’s so good at bullshit nonsequiturs.
simple dip
love how he uses a cutting board every time.
What else are you supposed to do with the mix-outs?
cutting board to make sauce :D
"This is just...
honey...
...from bees."
mrbobmanbob MAH BOI
mrbobmanbob The king wonders whats for dinner.
+Gorath Kaiga I just wonder what Ganon's up to.
".....got a weird... not that... got a weird uhh... ... ...doesn't taste right."
Jimblus but the funny thing is. I like bees.
Happy birthday spray I’m disappointed in you.
5:32 The silent, slow pan around Tim, head down with towel still in hand. This is a defeated man, a defeated chef
I love how Eric says he's allergic to shrimp in Episode 3... then comes out here and says he's not sure if the allergic reaction is from the Shrimp or the sauce. Priceless.

"Can they stretch the same joke out for 10 minutes for the fourth time" i ask myself and tim and eric do just that
Finishing the series dumping the sauce in the sink, rinsing out Tim's mouth, and denouncing Piztman's....perfect. This kicked ass. Glad I finally ran across Tim's Kitchen Tips 9 years later. :)
I feel like this is the closest Tim has come to making an actual sauce.
Brandon Henderson Right? The one time Eric might have liked it everything falls apart.
Ammon Miller Except Eric can't really taste mustard or anything spicy,
so it's a bit of a turn off :(
That's tricky
@@BronzNazareth He just doesn't have the palette for it
You should watch the first 7 episodes. He makes sauce in almost each one
I love how Tim misses the bowl completely when he squirts that mustard one last time.
Mine turned out a little thick, so I just added some mustard water. BULLSEYE!
Mustard water is essential
lwzeis Nice!
James Kasal bingo.
Nah still somethings off
+James Kasal that is the perfect recipe solution. it fixed my dips and made me a real pitzboy.
Notice how every time he begins mixing the sauces the music stops.
Gotta get the sounds in there to whet you appetite
Notice how when he begins talking his mouth starts moving.
Action time!
Sloppy asmr
The best running gag is how he always says “for my special guest” as if it’s not Eric every time
Just like he does at on cinema
He prefers to be called “co-host” because he is the resident cooking expert with one of the country’s best collections of vintage paper cookbooks.
the biggest twist of the entire series is that tim is not even being paid for the sponsorship
Eric's tantrum seemed uncomfortably authentic.
That's because he's a d!ck in real life.
Eric's vibe gradually escalated as the show progressed from 1 to 4. He went from slightly off-put to full on rage.
@@canadude6401 Yeah, I'm aware of that.
@@canadude6401 lol true

you know if they had the chicken, things might have worked out...
Yeah, but the honey mustard was off.
No u
it would have been rotten like last video's shrimp
I like how when he mentions they don't have chicken he glares over to the side camera...as if he is casting blame to someone.
Nice amount of comments. Was gonna like it but I don't want the devil following me around
I love that even with a dip primarily with mustard he STILL adds some at the end.
It wakes up the flavors. Plus, the honey was off.
lmao when he adds the pizzmans and misses completely haha
Can't believe I've returned to this again! It's now been over 7 years and I still love the bit.
This is the first time I've seen it! :D
"...and this honey isn't as good as...got a weird...not that...got a weird uhh...doesn't taste right."

fun fact, the opening was done by the counting crows band.
fun fact #2. my friend called his dad while he was at the store and had him looking for Pitzmens mustard. Lol.
This series is like one long joke and the last episode is the punchline. 😂 can't stop laughing
'And f___ that piss mustard!' is my favourite line in the t&e universe
somethings off... something is off....
That little extra Pitzman's really did the trick.
Cracked up when I finally realized he misses the bowl entirely
I'm having so much fun with Tim and Eric content. Can't believe I just discovered them today!
Have fun
They've done a lot of fight scenes you can do your commentary breakdowns on, too. Win win.

@@GreeneyedApe that's awesome! I should get in touch with these guys! I love their sense of humor!

Does anyone feel like this series really foreshadows On Cinema? The structure, subtlety, and running gags feel so much like On Cinema, At The Cinema
Tim's style of comedy is an art he has been honing for decades
“I like to add a little more pissmans at the end.”
*squirts over the bowl onto the table*
I give this show five bags of popcorn 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿 and a little bottle of honey 🍯 because Tim does use honey in this amazing recipe.
I love how the show just becomes an emotional relationship between Tim & Eric at the end of every episode.
I love how erics mood gradually degrades over the 4 episodes.
His approving look IMMEDIATELY followed by him saying “something’s off” kills me 🤣🤣🤣

I'm so glad my eyes have been opened to the versatility of mustard. I feel I can now really bring my cooking to that next level. Thank you Tim.
Glad to see the bottom of the bowl mixed with the top through the forgotten process of "flipping". Amazing.
What the hell, I tried to make this recipe and I was arrested for stealing 30 bottles of Pitzmans ® mustard. Thanks Tim!
