I have flown everything from the J-3 cub to the DC-3 to the Boeing 767 and I find the Pilatus PC-12NG to be one of the best planes I have ever flown. I fly it professionally as my retirement job after 29 years at a major airline and feel like I have died and gone to heaven. I absolutely love to fly the Pilatus! My only gripe is that the prop is limited to 1700 rpm in order to de-rate the engine from about 1600 shaft horsepower to 1200 to reduce the torque roll. At full power and only 1700 rpm, the prop is at such a coarse pitch angle that it dramatically reduces prop thrust and thus acceleration on takeoff, climb out, and especially reverse thrust. I have flown 11different King Airs that did not limit prop rpm and they had better reverse thrust performance than the Pilatus.

Is there a place on UA-cam where I can find videos of a charter pilot flying the Pilatus PC-12 NG flying passengers from point A to point B and back like Steve Kinevo? I have already "discovered" the Pilatus, now I want to experience the flying of it on trips.
