Hey there! I honestly watched your reaction immediately when it was posted, but I want to give myself enough time to post my lengthy response, haha. (Oh big tangent...the fact that you love the Disney movie Mulan because your niece unintentionally annoyed her mother after watching it...Priceless! And interestingly enough, I was thinking of the movie Mulan when I asked the question. It's one of my favorite 2D animated film. ) Yes! You're so right! Belle does knows *nothing* about true love. That scene with Dreamy at the bar, he should have been taking to Snow, which would explain how they met in this universe. Are fun facts okay? (This is about the actors and not the OUAT show). This episode does have a layer of deep sadness. Dreamy and Nova/Astrid seemed so perfect for each other; they were so supportive of each other, but their communities prevented them from being together. This happens too often in real life too, some families decide everything for their children. The children are never truly happy, but they're so used to this lifestyle, they just submit to the control... Back to the episode, did you notice something? Although clumsy, Nova was brave enough to stand up against the Blue Fairy. She told Blue Fair she wanted to be a Godmother in a year, she told Dreamy that she wants to spend time with him, she told Blue Fairy she is going to exploring the world. When Blue Fair attest to her new goals, she didn't go to Nova because she know she couldn't change Nova's mind. She went to Dreamy because he is more naive and easier to manipulate.

I'm trying to get caught up on comments now that I have internet and my PC and everything. :) Yeah, Nova and Dreamy had a really great connection, and they had a similar vision for their future. And I think you're right about why the Blue Fairy went to Dreamy. He was definitely easier to manipulate than Nova, because despite her ambitious, big-dreaming nature, she was still more savvy than he was. I imagine there's more to their story, because there was that whole thing about getting caught with a diamond and trying win his love back, so I'm looking forward to that. And, perhaps, a beautiful reunion between them after the curse breaks and remember who they all are! :)
