The finish product is a bit crunchy and chewy at the same time. After refrigerating, it will be hard for easy cutting . Then it needs to be stored at room temperature in an air-tight container . If you would like to try again, maybe you can add more melted butter or lesser crackers . Thank you.

Cammy, can I mix the matcha powder with the butter? Or it should be mixed with milk powder only?
