There is zero thikness around the base of the thread. How solidoworks even allows it?

That's why it asked to keep all bodies after the revolved cut, because the zero thickness couldn't keep it as one body.

when you do the revolve cut on the inside you cut the body into 2 parts. FAIL you need to adjust the revolve cut sketch to repair the 0 thickness

When designing a part, please consider manufacturing, it can be drawn on paper, but it is impossible to manufacture because of the zero thickness
