I am wondering if it is not more stressful to deal with all the part time people instead of having fulltime devs. What is your experience on that matter?

It’s all about your processes and expectations you set with people. I have had bad and good experiences with both 😂 but I would say on average, contractors can sometimes be slightly more difficult but they are WAY cheaper. Plus, over time if you use the same contractors it becomes much easier
