Hello- thank you for this valueable info. What to do in a situation where we need SSN as well and we dont live in US. There are some online business i am looking into and it requires SSN in order to verify i am a US resident. Can you get a SSN from outside US or what are other ways if we already have LLC in US ?

Hi James. I got a little issue. I opened an LLC with an EIN number. Im a foreigner and my LLC is from NM. I want to use the LLC to sell on amazon, and I need a Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, NTTC Type 2 because otherwise if I purchase products from china, I get charged with a 10% tax in my purchase. I do not have a TAX Identification number, and they are asking me for an officer. I do not have that because I do not have a employees in the US. Any advice?

AK has to Sales Tax etc. WY do has Sales Tax - If I choose WY - Who does the Sales Tax Filing . Never use jumpstart fillings! Waited 3 months for my EIN never received anything and after I said I want a refund the website started showing errors and I couldn’t log into my account

I would like to close my company in Italy, and since I live in the Philippines for more than 6 months a year, I would like to take tax residency in the Philippines, which has a territorial taxation system. I plan to open an LLC in the USA in Delaware or Wyoming, etc., to benefit from almost 0% taxation and then pay dividends into my Revolut account with tax residency in the Philippines. My clients are mainly in Italy and the USA. Can I do this? Will I only have to pay taxes only on the LLC in this case? I sell digital products online!
