That first clip, there were more than 100,000 people in that rally. I was there. It was amazing. That was actually even before the program started. There was someone performing during a pre-show. And everyone sang along. Filipino crowds 💯 best audiences in the world
I did not realize how much we love to sing along until these reactors start reacting to these insane filipino crowds when it is just really a normal way for us filipinos😅😅 this is how much we love music.😅😊❤
Explanation for you Sammy Boy: 1. The #PasigLaban Rally was a political rally of a Presidential candidate back in 2022. Her name was Leni Robredo and her official campaign color was pink. She has a lot of supporters and most of them are young people, students and young professionals. The rallies that happened was big and grand and it was almost like a free concert that happens on the streets. It was a moving event and it was amazing! Apparently, the Ariana song is just playing in the background to entertain the people as performers at the rally are having intermission intervals in between performance. The crowd started partying! Yes! We Know how to party! We party HArd! 2. The Lonesome Cowboy song has a popular folk Tagalog version in the Philippines that goes (and also translates to): "Ang Kawawang Cowboy (The pitiful cowboy) May baril walang bala (Has a gun with no bullets) May bulsa wala namang pera. (Has pockets, but has no money)" The performance was somewhere overseas and Filipinos, mostly OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) flocks to these free performances on their day offs to have a chill time and enjoys music.
Due to insistent demand The Corrs will have a repeat concert on Feb. 2025 in manila at the same venue, if you go to the Philippines you will have a chance to witness a massive choir the loudest and best crowd in the world 😊
Bruh Filipinos. I swear, Filipinos go to concerts to sing, not to listen. 😂 It's probably a lot of pressure for artists to handle a crowd with that level of love and enthusiasm. Like, you don't only have to perform but you gotta fight back the crowd, too. 😂 Like, "y'all are supposed to pay me to perform but we're just vibing here at this point."
@alekdaniels that's funny! 😄 They go to concert to sing, not to listen hahaha! Very true! That's how we show our support too. 😀 Yes,that's Philippines singing in Tagalog "Ang kawawang Cowboy...:
I'm so glad that I don't live in Manila where all the concerts are happening almost every week. I will be broke there as I love live singing and performances. My dream is to go to a SB19 and Coldplay concerts.🙏😑🙏
you've got to see GRADUATION CEREMONIES in the Philippines. ..with the graduates singing to MAPA and other songs of their choosing. we take our graduation song seriously!!
In my time we sang a song by The Corrs AFTER doing Celine & Andrea's The Prayer with male and female parts separated between the students. High School was wild.
I remember attending 5 Seconds of Summer's Concert. After the show, while the audience was leaving the arena, they played the "Jet Black Heart"... So everyone was singing and jamming while walking to the exit. It was so loud it was like the after party.
The amazing thing is, if you listen closely. The collective voice of the crowd forms a single sound that is identical and you can completely hear in every video. I don't know if you get what I'm saying but it's just amazing.
I never really realized pinoy are into so much music not until I watch reaction videos, I thought it was just normal hahaha I even myself sing my heart out to every concert or event that attended as long as I know the song or even the usual day, music is my moodsetter either I sing randomly at home or let the music play or sing along with it.
This place is in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 UAE where in most of the crowd were OFW (overseas Filipino Workers) . If I’m not mistaken, Filipinos were the 3rd largest migrant workers of the UAE. That’s why anybody would think that this is in the Philippines. But believe it or not. Wherever Filipinos are, they will just give an artist a positive vibe.
The original song was "Rhinestone Cowboy", sung by Glen Campbell, while the Filipinos were singing "Ang Kawawang Cowboy" literally translated to "the pitiful cowboy", was popularized by Filipino singer Fred Panopio
It's not about money how expensive the TICKETS. But more importantly... the happiness & da love of the artist are much valuable becuz "WE" are appreciating their music. Thank you Sammy for loving us pinoy. Soooo much appreciated!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Artists performing in the Philippines are so lucky, Filipinos bought the very expensive tickets, but mostly perform their songs. It's a crowd's concert anyway. Thanks for the genuine reaction, God bless
❤ I love your Outro @SammyCam! MAPA of SB19! Yes, Philippine concert crowds are loud because we all love to sing and that is our way of showing the foreign & local artists the love & support even if it’s another language (like Korean), the fans will memorize the lyrics to sing along. This is what SB19 felt when they went on tour and saw a lot of non Filos singing along in Filipino languange is a great feeling! Fyi, the first clip was not even a concert, it is a political rally.
You can check Jessi’s concert in Manila, she let the crowd sing the iconic part of her song “zoom”. Another one is a fancam of SB19s What? wishbus performance. The actual performance was done on 2022 but is still not uploaded up to this date. Some fans joke about it-that the reason why it’s still not uploaded was because the crowd was too loud that time making it hard or even impossible to remove their voices. Both have full versions
ed sheeran and the 1975 were shocked when they performed for the first time in the philippines. the crowds are singing their songs to them and they are not yet big in the US. i think the country singer was performing rhinestone cowboy in dubai, and the filipinos in the crowd were singing a popular parody song in tagalog.
6:10 you got exactly it! Filipinos love learning about the artist deeply before coming to concerts. You best believe each one there studied the popular songs of the artist just so they can sing in chorus with everyone else.
FUN FACT This is one of among the reasons why Filipinos are ALL ROUNDER and they can sing different genres even in different languages. Crazy right?! I can even tell you they even go camping nearby just not to miss the following concerts for a week. Whats crazier is they never run out of budgets for tickets. Lol
Filipino here. Haven't been to these kinds of concerts but I'd def love to be a part of this choir of a crowd! It doesn't even look rehearsed. Just Filipinos coming together, with their love for singing and music ❤
wait till you see filo fans singing wayyyyyy wayyy before the concert starts. when people starts going in the venue and the LED plays the artists MV or any songs, it is like a grand filo karaoke party bcos they will just sing the whole song and they will consistently sing until the end of the concert too.
I think the 3 things that really make the Philippine concert culture is that first, radios i think play a small role still because every public location has a radio going and our local radios love to replay old tracks and popular songs rather than getting new songs in (probably because theyre expensive and the older folks will request the older hits anyway), second, basically everyone here speaks english even if its not perfect english, and lastly the love for karaoke is nationwide and its a staple for every party and even at water parks and beaches. A concert just feels like the place you can to perform shamelessly and around people who love the same music you do.
I'm one of the crowd at the backstreet boys concert that lasted in May 2005 we sang all of their songs. And that part was a core memory for me a magical moment between our bsb boys and us as fans. They even give us alias as the most singing crowd in their whole concert tour ever.
Thank you for showcasing the Filipinos of the Philippines 😎👏thats how we are in times of the concert,we blend and sing together with the singers hehe..im feeling proud now hehe..You should come to my country ☺️
8:18 This was happened at Abu Dhabi and the reason most Filipinos were there was because there's so many Filipinos living here and probably some of them were came from Dubai to see him and also the band, Music Travel Love, and that night, he was singing the song "Stand By Me" but Filipinos were singing our own version "Banyo Queen" which its beat was used from Filipino rapper "Andrew E" to his song which was insanely played before also till now
I was there in Seventeen Concert and I can say that we Filipino, we really savor the moment with the artist we loved and we sing it out loud to express our love to the music that artist sing.
The one on time 10:05 and so on is in the Middle East and the song is Rhinestone Cowboy...American,,, but there is a very genius and popular group in the Philippines back in the 70s-80s that translated it to Filipino...that's why you hear Filipino words during the chorus
8:44 its in the middel east where lots of Filipino overseas workers are at. The singer is singing his song, but the Filipino crowd is singing a Filipino rendition of the song for fun!
I have been to the Philippines many times, and I am married to a Filipina. I can tell you this: I challenge anyone to find a video where someone visits the Philippines and doesn't say they are some of the friendliest people on earth. Also, do not go to a karaoke bar unless you have an A game in the Philippines lmao.
8:40 I’m not 100% sure but it sounds like the performer is singing a country song similar to Banyo singing Stand By Me in the last vid, while the Filipino audience is singing a completely different Tagalog song they grew up with that matches the instrumentals. Which is fucking beautiful bc they’re literally doing a live mashup
That taylor swift part suddenly reminded me of when a loud speaker in our school suddenly played you belong with me during lunch time and me and my classmates sing loudly that eveen while taking bites and talking to each other we're still singing😂
13:56 If you thought that was loud, you should see clips of crowds outside the Wish Bus. 😂 Wish Bus roadshows are literally FREE CONCERTS. 😂 SB19 Pablo's latest solo Wish Bus for his 2 new albums was amazing.
It’s like those videos of those massive crowds singing Bohemian Rhapsody together. But for us Filipinos, it’s not just one song, one artist. It’s every song, of our favorites artists. I don’t know if any other country has as much Karaoke as we do. But damned if we don’t love our music.
You know how Sunday mornings used to be? Someone in the kitchen, flipping pancakes, casually breaking into a song, and before you know it, another voice chimes in. It’s like an unplanned family choir practice, such a Filipino way to start the day. I bet most of us have these memories. That was us, my family, filling the house with music, even though most of those voices have now moved on to heaven. And honestly, it wasn’t just us. I’d hear the neighbors doing it too. Singing on Sundays wasn’t just a habit, it was how we shared love, laughter, and a little bit of harmony with the world.
Solo or group of singer came in here in the Philippines for concert I think they never forget Philippines becouse of sings too😊❤but will never forget too❤❤we sing as long as we know the lyrics and never forget the timing😂 feel the songs with love 😊
Philipines are trained to sing in unison by singing the Philippines National Anthem since Grade School (some in kindergarten). ALso the Britney Spears part was sang after her concert, where fans singing her famous song Sometimes.
I never even heard of this happening until I stumbled onto one of your other videos on this, but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense 😅 We LOVE music, man; we love community, and music is one of the most unifying things in a community
@MrSammyCam The Sheridan Brass is in Dubai or Abu Dhabi corniche area and most of his audience was Filipinos that day and he was blown away :) he sang the original in english but we do Filipinos have our own version and we change Lyrics in Tagalog :) that's how creative we are.
15:04 Mate, we dont even need a concert or anything. We'll just be a group of friends, doesn't matter the age 5-100, in the park, then one of us starrs seeing and suddenly WE'RE ALL singing. My group of friends absolutely loved Closer and Love yourself.
8:14 The original version of that is "Rhinestone Cowboy" by Glen Campbell but Philippines has a Tagalog version titled "KAWAWANG COWBOY" by FRED PANOPIO. There's also another one which is "STAND BY ME" which has a tagalog version "BANYO QUEEN" by Andrew E.
I CAN ATTEST TO THE BRITNEY SPEARS LOBBY CONCERT. I WAS ONE OF THEM. BRITNEY'S SHOW ALREADY CONCLUDED AND WE JSUT DECIDED TO SING "SOMETIMES" IT WAS SO HEARTWARMING!

The Corrs are a 4 siblings.. i was in grade school when they debut.. even i memorize most of their songs.. Most of us are like walking songbook... wahahahaha!! The 3rd video I think was shot in the middleeast beach Area which is probably in Dubai or Qatar. They are All singing "ANG KAWAWANG COWBOY SONG by Fred Panopio" a filipino novelty singer in early 1990's. Very Famous here in The Philippines.
"Rhinestone Cowboy" has a tagalog version sung by Mr. Fred Panopio and the tagalog title is named "Ang Kawawang Cowboy" which means "The Pitiful Cowboy" and the pinoy version was very popular back then...
8:46 the Filipinos singing a popular (oldie) novel song. The Filipinos love to rewrite the lyrics of a song and turning it their own (some even end up in controversy 😂)

The one that the crowd singing their own version on Filipino is in Dubai, the song is called Rhinestone Cowboy
The 2nd group was the corrs from Dublin..love your reations
yes they singing Filipino version of The Rhinestone Cowboy 🤠 😂😂
thanks for sharing from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 🇵🇭
lmao, didn't know I'd enjoy this whole vid, seeing in my mind how I was one of the audience in some of those clips. Filipinos indeed love singing 😂
You will know the feeling if you're gonna attend concerts where there are many Filipinos😊❤
"Rhinestone Cowboy" has a tagalog version sung by Mr. Fred Panopio and the tagalog title is named "Ang Kawawang Cowboy" which means "The Pitiful Cowboy" and the pinoy version was very popular back then...
Mabuhay music is wonderful
I did not expect you to pull out that Snap Shoot performance in Manila! That verse has been a staple verse for Filo Carats 💛
Rooting for the Queen Regine VELASQUEZ for your next reaction video - What kind of fool I am music video.

Fiiirst comment!!! Hi Sammy, love your videos, you're my favorite background noise when I need to concentrate
I went to Sabrina Carpenter’s concert here in the Philippines (video on my channel) and everyone sang and cheered. A magical moment honestly.
We're waiting for you to come here! Thank you for the appreciation ❤
Filipinos go to concerts not just to listen. We go there to jam along with our beloved artists!
1:27 yup ...its a presidential candidate rally
8:46 the Filipinos singing a popular (oldie) novel song. The Filipinos love to rewrite the lyrics of a song and turning it their own (some even end up in controversy 😂)
