Basically, since the song Stand By Me has a lot of similarities in tempo and tone to Andrew E's Banyo Queen (Banyo=Bathroom), they merge the chorus of the song to Stand By Me. The foreign singers was so amazed that he let the crowd sing it even without knowing the song (Song is in Tagalog language. Don't worry, no bad words in the lyrics.)

You know what is sad, is the Philippines often get overlooked by artists who do not come during the most popular years. Manila is often not on the list of places to tour from a number of artists including Taylor swift who did not put Manila on her SEA tour. I feel this is a extremely bad to overlook the Philippines when they love music so much. There's no reason any artist should not come.
