Was it worth it in your personal opinion? Did you see any improvements in your normal art? I am quite curious because I want to start the Draw-a-Box course soon.
Drawabox teaches perspective for free. Proko has a perspective course as well (Marshall Vandruff's Course) you can pay for (one time fee). Drawabox also has a partner called New Masters Academy (haven't done this myself though) because I don't think it's free and it requires a subscription.
@@JoshuaWilliam-zb7sx Yes, they are (I graded myself lol). You don't have to grade it like that, but I thought grading it would force me to actually make sure I notice my mistakes and learn from them instead of just glancing at it and making assumptions. If I recall correctly you just need to draw the extended lines to check the work and not actually grade it. You kind of already have to think about it by extending lines in the right direction though (to their proper vanishing points).
Drawabox gets a strong recommendation from me. Good luck (in all your goals and dreams) guys.
Be warned: Draw a box is the Dark Souls of drawing courses
What’s the Fortnite of drawing courses?
@@lockitdrop I'd say Proko's drawing basics course

I’d say so yes. It helped me improve my perspective and ability to construct stuff. Also helped me to improve my overall dexterity.
@@Saanza Good to hear! Thank you!
Did you do this digitally or traditional?
Traditional (because it's supposed to be done physically).
Can you recommend recourses for learning perspective?

holy carp
Did you pay for official critique?
Nope lol. Did the entire course for free haha.
@@Saanza Did you get critique from anywhere?
@@ahuman32478 Yes. I got free critique sometimes from the Drawabox website by volunteers.
@@Saanza are all the "12/12", "8/12", marks and stuff your own markings?

I decided to pick it back up and do it in earnest. I am coupling it with Proko’s Drawing Basics
