It's a miracle that plant in your backyard is still alive 😅. After all the chemicals it's been subjected to, again and again. It's the Keith Richards of the botanical world.

@@davidb.6681Nah he's just setting up the next video... Part 2: How to RE-FRET a Les Paul 😂 but hey, ya gotta give him credit where credit is due... He took a RATTY old Les Paul Studio and turned it into a decent looking, great sounding Gold Top! And he seems quite pleased with it. I mean, he by NO MEANS WAS TRYING TO DO A STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL ON HOW TO "PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY" REFINISH A GUITAR... But he did do a great video on how to make a turd look better and have fun doing it! And it IS HIS! SO IMHO I'D SAY HE ACCOMPLISHED WHAT HE SET OUT TO DO 😊 And maybe he'll take it to a more experienced luthier for a proper fret job... Who knows?!

I was thinking the same, he could have avoided using a scraper and having to deal with the gouges if it was nitro it would have come off with Acetone.. melts it right off no need to scrape, and yes lots of wet sanding and polishing left to go.
