I am curious Dave and Camera Lady. How long have you been a tarantula hobbyist?
I have had all sorts from a very early age and spiders have always been in the mix through out but the last 6/7 years I have concentrated more on them 👍
@@daveslittlebeasties I bet your Mom really loved your hobby!
@@terilynemarroquin8050 😂😂 they wasn't very happy about fox cubs under my bed and pet baby crows screaming art first light for food 😂😂😂👍
@@daveslittlebeasties for me living in the country we had a variety..baby skunks..baby deer..baby ducks..geese and horses and spent an enormous amount of time mucking around creeks. But my 3 younger Brothers ruined bugs for me with Dasterdly attacks involving bugs.

conditions. You occasionally have to completely replace the substrates and clean the tanks? Here's s what is probably a really stupid question: do they urinate? Which brings me to a questionI have never even considered; do insects in general urinate. I've never heard it discussed.
Yes they all pass waste 👍
Wath kind of moss does It use?
Any that I find most will be ok in your enclosure 👍👍👍
Bravo sir! lol
What’s the tanks size Dave ? Have you got a link ? Looks perfect many thanks
They are Komodo 30x30x30 and they can be bought on line
Ive just ordered a 3cm sling of this species dave n camera lady 👍
Dave, Can you please tell me the difference between Old & New World Spiders please ??
Old world spiders come from the eastern hemisphere Asia,Africa, europe and Australia , and new world spiders are from the Americas the Western Hemisphere 👍
@@daveslittlebeasties Thanks Dave.
probably a silly question but why drainage (bottle)? i havent seen it being used before
Its there so if you over fill the enclosure with water you can syphon it out again , I have never used it , if careful there is no real need but useful for beginners 👍
@@daveslittlebeasties brilliant thank you very much.
beautiful webbing
What do you mean by "old world" and "new world"?
Its a geographical reference 👍
Just out of curiosity, is there a reason half the tank is filled? It seems much less room for the tarantula to roam around in. Or is that the point?
She will burrow down into the back that why we do it like that to encourage her ❤️
