    This is good. Most videos on youtube show you lunges that are way too extreme and cause way too much pelvic tilt. I've tried them and had no results. The thing is, when I looked at pictures of the iliopsoas muscles, I noticed they were situated in the pelvis, the lower back and right below the pelvis. With exaggerated lunges, I would feel a stretch way down the front of my leg, so I was actually not stretching my iliopsoas at all. I noticed that by keeping my pelvis neutral and moving it forward just a little bit in a lunge position with my knee elevated, creating the tiniest of stretch, I would actually feel a stretch in my pelvis, which was new.
    It's a shame that this video has so little views and still teaches correct form.
    I think people should also be informed about where they should feel stretches. That's what's really important, more important than correct form or exercise posture.

    I tried these today..following your subtle hints..found good release..esp 2nd lunge..thank you..simple..effective..no fuss moves..

    Standing psoas lunge? If I could do all that, I wouldn't ask.
