  • The psoas is a muscle about 16 inches long attaching at the inner femur bone and to T12. It can cause things such as hip pain, TMJ, leg length issues, sleep problems, back pain, knee pain among others. Yogis need to pay attention to this muscles as we often feed into these issues.
