Slow days for sure brother. Glad you're still making some money. I'd keep the trailer since it's paid off. Sure, you seldomly use it, but when you need it, you'll be happy to have it. Use that money you earned from the flatbed trailer to invest into a bigger trailer, even if it does take forever. And since you got all that junk around your property, I'd start trying to sell it now. Put that money to the side to get what you need done on the property. GL brother.
I was self employed most of my life and Christmas time is always slow so I would always shut down for 2 weeks because you end up getting upset about no work so just plan ahead save your money and you will get thru it
Outstanding ❤ I sold my car hauler and bobcat 322 to a friend. He lets me use it when I need it for free. Things need to be used or they end up with issues. Sell it to hammer.
Curious how many towns don't do bulk pickup. I suppose wherever you have to pay for trash removal this isn't an option. My town does municipal trash and recycling funded by property taxes, and does a once a month bulky waste collection
as soon as you sell it you'll need it that's the funny part of it. dont forget paying off what you may have depreciated on it as well. but if you need to free up capital it's a way to go.
You put the pictures in the trailer 😂 Yesterday I had a customer saying this thing still works, that thing works and I just wanted to smash everything to make space 😂😂😂
Wire wrapped with foil is usually a shield. "It prevents interfering signals from the inside of the cable from reaching the outside and disturbing other cables or even electrical devices. Furthermore, the shield ensures that external interference does not reach the inside of the cable." Usually the latter for control systems. Just noticed the silverish wires around the other wires. they are shields too.
Man, the winter and around the holidays period are slow as heck everywhere i see lol Keep grinding my guy!! the only thing thats saving me right now is my commercial contracts. but anyway i just wanted to say hi ive been watching for awhile and realized i never subbed... Keep up the good work and thank you for inspiring me to start a junk removal business all the way here in detroit, MI!
@@markcornish6393 yeah the holidays are a super slow for me living on the east coast all the cold weather and snow keeps ppl in the house.. but i'm just glad it doesnt apply to commercial business like apartment complexes and property managers they been keeping me afloat until January thats when stuff starts to pick up a little bit here in detroit and the surrounding areas. one of the ways i got contracts was to leave gift baskets at apartment complex offices and i did that all summer and its paying off.
Keep that trailer you will need it as soon as you sell it and if you have to replace it-$$$. My thoughts on it . Want to thank you for your videos all year watches them as they come out. Wishing you and yours a very happy Xmas and a ve
Nice quick job, those pressure relief valves you just cut the handle piece off then use grinder to cut slits on both sides then the copper pops out.More hassle then worth so I throw in refinery brass
The 2 paintings to put in the trailer. I used to be told the same thing when i worked at a local wrecking yard, and they were bringing in the csr for us to purchase. I am a car guy at heart, and some of the cars I have seen go through hurt to see go, to the crusher where there were a few were well beyond their lifetime and needed to go..
On the brass pop off valve, use your grinder with a cutoff wheel, grind the rivet off the handle and then grind a 1 inch cut down the side and the spring will pop out. The copper tube has a SS rod in the center. I usually throw that tube in my steel bin.
No hold on to it for a while till after first of the year then see just hold on to it for a while then go from there but the pallets you got put your firewood on them to dry out and look better get off the chips glad you record so they don't put nothing over on you and a video chat would not make me happy it's a like three way conversation cause sometimes they try to add stuff on have to know what goes for sure if you get a shipping container make sure on a solid bed and rock are something where you come in and out your back yard is ok just check the chips make sure not decomposing breaking down cause you will have a mess have to drive thru them tried at tree company worked good for awhile then started to break down and had a mess so move some and if it steams move around but good video my friend but get that firewood off the ground
I appreciate the feedback boss! Yeah, the mulch will definitely become a mess one day but it works well for now. I'll remove when I grade the land for a container and put gravel
Slow days suck bro but it will get better! I didn’t think you still had that pj trailer. Do you rent it? If not I would probably sell it and fix the backyard.
Way the pro's & con's before you sell anything. If you are able to use the money from selling the trailer for a down payment on a pole barn/ storage unit. Then you'd be a step ahead. It's entirely up to you.
Yessir I have it all. Every area is different so you will have to do some research, but i have multiple videos saying how I get jobs! Check out the channel 🫡

That's a good friend you have! It won't benefit hammer much because it can't haul a full-size skid 😂
It’s crazy when they try to add stuff after you give them a price😂
Yeah, it happens a good chuck of the time 😂
Another happy customer and maybe more work in the spring 👍 🎀🎄 merry christmas to you and your family 🎄🎀🎅

I've rented it a few times but typically I don't like to rent that one lol. 😅
@ Understood. Might be best to sell then.
@darwindropmazda Yes and no. I could lose big jobs if they come in and I don't have one. I'll see tho :)
can you not rent the flat deck trailer out? or maybe offer a delivery service, moving cars from one place to another
I can try to rent it, but I don't like renting to people I don't know when they are the ones pulling the trailer
start pc and first i see is new vid of you haha

Try to always scrap the bottoms of those recliner chairs that are metal
Did you have to get business insurance and license and all that to do this? How do you get jobs?

how much ya want for the trailer ?
Are you local?
If the trailer is paid for, keep it.
Yessir bought it cash. Kinda hard to sell something that makes money
Don't sell that trailer you will regret it, it will always have a use here and there, smarter to keep it trust me.
I think you are right. It's paid off so it's hard to sell something that makes me money
Don’t understand why they wouldn’t have separated the stuff they want and stuff they don’t in the garage? would have made it so much easier to quote
Yeah, it's a very common thing in the junk business 😅
Frame out a tiny home on the trailer. Then sell it for $30,000
Hahaha if I did that I'd haul it to California and sell it there 😂
A auto zone paga $10,00 de crédito por bateria, para você pegar em peças ou ferramentas
