This thing is so busted with Hemomancy. Hemo triggers the first strike crit. It will crit everyone on the screen for 100-150k. It wipes everything but elites in one go. The Precision part is nice for dungeon bosses and elites. It might be rogue's best speed clearing tool.

Skyhunter can also work when you stack Thorns like crazy (Razorplate chest piece)
Unless that was fixed, it was the only way to make Thorns crit.

Ive theorycrafted a daze/knockback/knockdown build around windforce that, so far at lvl 90 slaps decently.
I call him The Gatling. No imbuements, no traps, no bullshit, just arrows. So, so many arrows. Near constant uptime of shadow clone means the screen perpetually looks like the toll booth scene in godfather. You daze enemies, knock them back and down, get more crit to get more dazes, daze brings your evade cd down and with the new unique boots, your shadow clone can be used just about every ten seconds. And it lasts fifteen…
Not the strongest build by any means, but looks okay to clear highlvl nm, and cool factor is through the goddamn ROOF (its freaking windforce, people) Single target boss dmg isnt great.
