I just got this watch, but with the Jubilee bracelet. I ordered it on AliExpress with the USA option and got it in 3 days. I think my cyclops may be a little better than yours - doesn't bother me at all. This is an amazing buy. I have two Rolexes (both subs) and can't see ever paying for a Rolex again, given their current prices.
I love the design of the Rolex, but the prices are to high, i can’t justify buying one today.

I have a black bezel model received about a month ago. Different dial than yours. No Japan moment on mine and date window is perfect.

Mine, a Pepsi bezel GMT, has a very visible red gmt hand, no Japan movement on the dial and an aligned calendar window. Guess I was lucky. Bought on the 15th of June and received on the 30th of July, from China to Europe.

I just smashed off the date magnifier on mine. It looks so much cleaner with it off. Was freaking out I was going to break it but it works fine.
Hey I know you probably won't believe me at first... that blue tint to the crown is a sticker. I have two Paganis and they both came with that. I thought it was paint as well... on one watch, unfortunately, I used a sharp tool to try and remove the sticker but got scratches. On the other one, I used a wooden toothpick... it comes off. I don't know why all their blue stickers stick to the crowns like glue, but... yeah, you're supposed to remove it.
I have purchased the Coke version. Disappointed ? Beautiful timepiece and completely happy with the timekeeping, Luminescence ? Not too bad, but the date / GMT complication after just a couple of months has started to grind terribly, as though the location teeth are misaligned. Not Quite sure what to do about it. Love the watch though. JANBOY. RN. Rtd.
Still big bang for the buck! But the black dial is ...meh. Wish they'd do a blue dial ..or a root beer version or go all out and do an orange dial with a Fanta (orange and blue) bezel

I got the Pagani Design in Colombia and a blue dial Pepsi Haiqin on aliexpress. And a sterile dial Bliger blue/orange. I want a bumblebee and a root beer. Mine are great, except the bezel isn't 100% aligned on 12

Часы ещё у меня и ещё в ходят. После покупки я их носил неделями, правда за последний год гораздо меньше. С точки зрения рекомендации с момента их выпуска Seiko выпустил(о) NH34 GMT механизм, и он значительно лучше и надёжнее чем китайская механика в этом Pagani PD-1662. Правда есть PD-1662 NH34 так что я советую найти именно такую версию. Я их видел за $78. Merkwürdigerweise steht auf Ihrer Uhr Explorer und bei meiner nicht , ebenfalls fehlt bei mir die " Japan movement"🤔.. scheinen sie geändert zu haben . Datumslupe ist akzeptabel aber definitiv schlechter als bei den anderen Pagani Uhren, vermutlich wirklich dieselbe Lupe benutzt

Hi, if you are referring to the PD 1651 with the black bezel, well... it is a tough one :-) look wize batman for me any day 😊 However if you personally like the look of both watches, then consider the functionality, i.e. are you going to make use of the GMT? and also Seiko NH35 is a lovely movement. I have watches with the DG2813 movement (this is a similar movement to one in the batman but without GMT) in my collection for a few years now and they perform ok, but they don't have the refinement of the Seiko NH35. I have the Pagani Batman with Jubilee bracelet. without Japan Movt pressure. Reading the date is good. The 1 of 31 is easy to read. But not perfect, the 2 at 21 is larger than at 20 or 22, a bit annoying. The Jubilee bracelet is a bit sharp-edged, in the video the Oyster bracelet doesn't look so sharp. the work is much more accurate than that of my Parnis Batman. I hope the white numbers remain on the bezel, with the Parnis they have disappeared due to water and low friction. Apart from the little things, I'm very satisfied with the Pagani. An absolute buy recommendation for the price.

I have been waiting seven weeks for a watch from the chinese Pagani Design Official store on Aliexpress. All queries go unanswered, Not a good sign, as I had planned to purchase a few of their other watches. I hope this is temporarily tied to world events.

@Santiago A P, I can only speak from experience, and I never had a problem with overwinding this watch in the last 8 months, and I did wind it up manually (25 - 40 tinds) on a few occasions. One thing though is important to remember that this watch, the same as many others, is susceptible to the 'death date' zone issue, that it changing the date when the hour hand is between 9 pm and 3 am, and I nearly broke it by forgetting this rule 🙄 Hope this helps and Good Luck! 🙂👍
The blue detail on the crown, is it supposed to be blue or is it a sticker?

Well spotted! Talking about attention to details 😎 I had a closer look and the six is about 0.2sh of a millimeter into the blue area, so it looks like a QC issue rather than a design flaw. The 18 on the other side is by the same amount more into the blue, with the 8 digit slightly in the blue. The Parnis GMT bezel, which looks like it uses the same bezel insert, has the blue cutting halfway through the six and between 1 and 8 on the 18 side, here is my full review with some bezel micro shots:

@@ShinyThings Received yesterday my PG-1662 with black and red bezel. I really liked it. Since I am not a diver, in fact i can barely swim hahaha, and be wearing the watch mostrly in urban landscapes the watch feels and looks great. Your reviews helped me to what expect of these products. The clasp is not that great but will do for now. If it gets too bad it's an easy fix. I was expecting the purchase to arrive only in January but it was surprisingly fast from China to Brazil. I did a nice review on Aliexpress website. Cheers.

how is the lume on the watch compared to other pagani design models?
Hi Lionel Ko, the lume on this PD 1662 is probably the best I have seen on Pagani watches so far (just don't expect Seiko SKX level😊). At 7:08 in this video I compare the lume against the Pagani PD 1649 (Autavia homage) and until recently the PD 1649 had the best lume among PD models (here is the vid: ua-cam.com/video/ObZ-t5gKeDg/v-deo.html). Actually looks that You have a bad luck with this date window. I have two of this (batman and pepsi) and date window is fine in both of them, you can clearly see all double digits there.

@@Trig672 Aluminium alloy - Pagani Design have recently put a note on their website to advise of this. Another reviewer thought it was ceramic, but it definitely isn't.
I have the 1651, it's a great watch, but again the bezel action is poor. I have the Parnis version with a jubilee bracelet, and the watch is fantastic

How long did the shipping take? I ordered some watch from Aliexpress and it took 4 months! Is there a better way to get faster shipping?
I am in UK, and some shipments are pretty quick: 2 to 2.5 weeks. I had an AliExpress order from Check Republic and it took 5 days. Some sellers offer to use DHL or other couriers at extra cost. It is not always 2 - 2.5 weeks though - I waited for 3 month for a leather straps for my Pagani PD-1649 - I ordered them from different seller, i.e. not from Pagani Official store. Finally gave up on waiting and had to release the video without the straps. A lot depends where in the world you are and from which seller you order and on a bit of luck 😊 Thank you for watching!
I'm unsure how much 'attention to detail' you were hoping for for a $100 Chinese special but I do agree that you definitely set your expectations way too high.

Have the batman, cyclops is aligned OK, bezel a fraction off. Biggest disappointment the bracelet. The end links are a fraction to big, resulting in not only in gaps, but also the springbar can't go in the lughole. So it's attached on each side with only one end of the springbar in the hole, other end is wobbling about. Got it on a NATO now, see if I can file off a bit of the end links for a better fit...
Wow, sounds like it is a wrong bracelet! I would definitely raise this with the seller. My bracelet end links sit quite flush with the case. Well, on the sides and top where it is visible at least. And the spring bars fit very snuggly where they should. You can check in the video, I think there are few close-ups of end links there. Good luck, and thank you for watching!
Pagani or Parnis, what's your favorite?
It's hard to say. Both GMT models are so similar. I definitely prefer Pagani's bracelet and the dial, but then Parnis is 20 bucks cheaper. Decisions, decisions... 🤔 Thanks for stopping by 🙂

@@ShinyThings Sterile version of Parnis GMT has the same clasp as Pagani GMT. Why do you prefer Pagani's dial? IMO it's cluttered and jokingly inaccurate (e.g. Explorer, Japan Movement, etc.)🤦♂️😆

Hi, I personally prefer buying Pagani Design watches from AliExpress Pagani Design Official store and any other store with a good track record on AliExpress. The reason is that you are also protected to some degree by the platform (AliExpress) in case your orders gets messed up. The AliExpress is also normally about 20% cheaper.

Agree, and I am personally ok with it - I am wearing my Pagani GMT right now 😎 But I think it is important to relate all the good, bad and the ugly to the viewers. I wish I knew the date window issue before buying... heck, I would have bought them any way 😀

Blue on that Ceramic insert doesn't go up to half way through the 6, that would drive me insane.
Pagani Design apparently released an updated version and this bezel colour QC issues is now fixed. Few viewers reported that they got theirs and it is ok. Do check with the seller though before you buy to ensure that you get the second batch. Good luck and thank you for watching!🙂👍

Hi @sooraj sr, this watch should be ok for wrist circumference over 6.25 inch ( about 16 cm) to about 8.25 inch ( about 21cm ). My wrist in the video is about 7 inch (18 cm). Hope this helps. Good luck and thanks for watching! 👍

@Tom Berm, sorry to hear that. AliExpress dispute is not the best, I tried it few times and had limited success. In most cases, after waiting for days I got a message to take up the issue directly with the seller. Did you check with the seller? The watch should be covered by 1 year warranty. I would be chasing the seller to honour the warranty. Hope it works out for you!
Batman
Did you find the clasp sharp, hard to open, and hard to take out the micro adjusment pin in the clasp?
The clasp edges are sharpish. I actually haven't experienced any discomfort operating the clasp, but now that you asked the question I think Pagani could have smooth them a bit. The edges are not in the way of closing / opening the clasp, but then again, they do feel sharpish. In regards to the micro adjustment pin - it can be fiddly to adjust without a tool, but I guess you would do it only once. Thank you for watching!
Shiny things. I have the Parnis and Pagani. The Parnis is way ahead on finishing the bezel has a nicer click and rotation, it lines up perfect to the 12 o’clock the printing on the bezel is crisp and defined on the Parnis. If you have both in your hands and close your eyes whilst you handle them the pagani is sharp whilst the Parnis is smooth. Both look ok but close up the Parnis looks way more expensive and refined. When I get time I will upload a comparison video. Great video by the way. Ps I like both watches the cases are virtually the same as is the movement. The Parnis is just more refined.

Nice watch for the money! One thing I wish you would consider doing is give us the watch band length so we can know what size wrist it fits. My wrist is 8 1/2” due to some arthritis in my wrist. This means that I almost always have to buy an extra long band to fit my wrist. These can be hard to find and expensive to buy. This makes a bargain watch not such a bargain! Please consider us larger and older viewers when reviewing a watch. Great review my friend! Keep up the good work!!!
@Stu Sims thank you for the excellent suggestion, I will take it into consideration for the upcoming reviews. As for this particular watch (PD-1662) the length of the bracelet as it was shipped is about 21.7 cm (just under 8 1/2 inches) which is almost in line with what Pagani advertised (22cm). There is still an 'easy link' style quick adjustment which will give you extra 5 mm or so. However, I would recommend reaching out to the seller and ask them to include at least one more link (1 link is about 9mm). Good luck, and thank you for watching!
Shiny things thank you for that suggestion. Up until now I have only found 1 company that would give me extra links as needed. That was Nautis, a small company just getting going at the time. I have suggested reviewing this brand to several watch channels with no luck so far. I find that they make a very substantial watch at a very reasonable price. I bought a 500 meter chronograph with a quartz movement and a sapphire crystal for ?80! I feel this is a very good price. Like so many the list price is much higher, but that seems to be about what they are trading at. Thanks again for your consideration!

Quand je l'ai reçue, en Pepsi + jubilée, mes attentes étaient vraiment trop élevées. Belle de loin, toutes les parties visibles sont correctes, mais tout ce qui est caché comme l'envers du bracelet et le dessous du boîtier, d'ailleurs ça se voit bien sur ta vidéo, est clairement bâclé !! Cette montre ne vaut pas vraiment pas plus que son prix.

Because batman color combo blue and black is one of the best looking in my opinion. Red and blue combo its not for everybody. But of course its subjective.
I have the pepsi version, and like it. Even though the bezel isn't ceramic, it's well done in my view. I'll be getting the batman version too.
