San Marino or Sierra Madre are really rich neighborhoods. I used to work in both and they have small town vibes 😉
Also, this isn’t a super rich neighborhood, but there’s this nice park in Monterey Park, with amazing views. It’s called Sequoia Park in Monterrey Park. A view of LA up on hill, win!
