I just got new D-97strings yesterday and set up brace height and nocking point then shoot first time today,

Yeah, I have only positive experiance with the strings I have ordered from you. I love that I can custom color them to my likeing. I plan to order some spools in the future. I told the guy at the local archery shop about you and he said that I should,order as many Flemish twist as I could because they are the best string and many are priced alot more, so to all reading this we can get a great product at the right price. I can vouch for their customer service I got a black and red fast flight string and it failed after about 3 weeks, pretty sure the string was messed up on the spool but anyways they replied immediately and replaced the string I got the new string within 3 days to my door. Awesome company

Good to specify loop size. A loop large enough for a Wide Recurve will be sloppy on a Hybrid Longbow with shinny tips and knocks and not perform well. Identifying what type of bow is normally all that is required. Also I hate having that much serving and excessive strand count. I guess thats why I make my own strings.

Can you make the strings twist in a specified?
I have what you’d call a hybrid longbow or reflex/deflex. A Bodnik Quick Stick to be specific.
Would you recommend 3.5” shorter than the bow AMO length for the string?
So what would be suggested for a vintage metal recurve?
