Thank you for sharing your recipe with us and taking the time to show us step by step. Looks delicious. I have had this type of rice before, but never made it as of yet. That's about to change :D It's very difficult to locate those Scotch Bonnet peppers where I am, BUT I do have scotch bonnet sauce in a bottle. Would that work well ? and what amount would you suggest? I don't mind *hot* rice, but I know bonnet is a very hot pepper lol
