Kelly, I'm watching re runs of all Bravo shows, O.C. included on the Bravo channel up here in Toronto. All the shows are about 4, 5 years old, pandemic era. You look so much younger and prettier today! So do most of the other ladies on O.C. Mostly everyone is slimmed down now, it's very noticeable! Proof that as we age, if we take care of ourselves, we can age backwards!

I'd be more concerned about the inflammatory seed oils, canola, soybean oil.. that the restaurants use, including the Italian salad dressings. Cholesterol is very important and good for you, research it.
