"No ledge? Make a ledge.". I think we can all learn something from this attitude, something we can apply to our lives in the real world. Truly inspirational.
Within the first 30 seconds I was wandering what you were planning on doing. By the first minute I was expecting him to come back and kill you. By the second minute I was thinking "they're not actually going to fucking do that are they" The third minute comes by and im laughing so hard just anticipating what might happen that I break 3 ribs. By 4 minutes I'm calmed down. Then he falls off the edge. And I've never laughed so hard I swear. Bravo. Most creative dark souls player ever.
Lemonardo Decapro haha yeah once the pokemon music starts up and he starts kicking I was thinking "Wait.. he's not going to kick him all the way over *there*, is he?" lmao
Coming back to this in 2024, what it most refreshes in my mind is just how jank kick was in the older games. When Emarrel has an idle opponent and can still only get kick to come out successfully like 80% of the time, that's some serious jank right there.
I love this. It's like the lore-stories of mortals fighting as hard as they can to defeat an immortal and eventually their efforts trump immortality itself and they kill/seal the immortal forever.
This has got to be one of the best DkS videos I have seen. Ever. Not just because of what happens, but the music and captions are just..perfect. I saw this vid last year I think (can't remember) and I still watch it for laughs. Well done, sir/madam! You've earned a subscriber!
hahaha, so very good. I know I've said something like this before, but I must come and watch this video at least once a month. It's just perfect. Glad you're taking the time to do new tests in DkS2, Emerrel. We all seriously appreciate it.
You get one tenth of the souls required to level up to the level (from the previous level) of the host. So this host was SL515 because it takes 3596895 souls to level up from 514 to 515, and the invader was given 359689 souls.
I know i'm almost 4 years late but holy fucking shit, when that song popped out when you started kicking him, I lost it. LOL. Couldn't stop laughing xD
I once saw this exact same thing in the exact same place and I did what this video taught me. But for lols I also used the lever to make the bookcase slide back over the wall, so he had to run back and unlock that whole thing again.
That was...the single greatest thing I've ever seen in Dark Souls. Congratulations are in order. Let the lesson be known to all hackers, that they are not safe anywhere.
Its a vicious circle, because the way you overcome this is by using a more uncommon invasion like fog ring or gravelording instead, but that makes these same invaders go even lower level to avoid you.
my favorite activity is doing what you were doing in the beginning: plundering humanity from everyone with my rank 3 darkhand at a low level. most entertaining activity
The bonfires that I know to be 'unsafe' are: Anor Londo, Painted World of Ariamis, Darkroot Garden, Tomb of the Giants, Darkmoon Tomb, Sen's Fortress, Duke's Archives and the Depths. I think there are a few more, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
Video uploaded October 2nd, 2012. Artorias of the Abyss DLC released for consoles (including the PS3 which you so avidly claim this footage is from) October 25th, 2012. Dark Bead, which Emarrel has attuned, is part of the DLC. Meanwhile, PTDE, released only for PC, includes Artorias of the Abyss DLC, and was released 24th August, 2012. So, yeah, either this is PC version, or Emarrel can travel through time.
"No ledge? Make a ledge.". I think we can all learn something from this attitude, something we can apply to our lives in the real world. Truly inspirational.
I like to think that haft way through the hacker came back and was just impressed with the determination on display here.
2 years and I still come back here once in a while. Never gets old.
I'm still coming back lol
lol
@@yuggoth777 so that's 10 years now...
11 Years now and its my third time rewatching.
Still one of the best videos that came out of the dark souls pvp time, better times
Within the first 30 seconds I was wandering what you were planning on doing.
By the first minute I was expecting him to come back and kill you.
By the second minute I was thinking "they're not actually going to fucking do that are they"
The third minute comes by and im laughing so hard just anticipating what might happen that I break 3 ribs.

Lemonardo Decapro haha yeah once the pokemon music starts up and he starts kicking I was thinking "Wait.. he's not going to kick him all the way over *there*, is he?" lmao
Yes bro hahahaah
Btw are yall still alive?
The funny thing is that he probably came back like:''wait, didn't I go human before I went to the toilet?''
6 years later and this is still an inspirational video. Nothing is impossible, you find that ledge and you kick that problem TO THE LIMIT!
Coming back to this in 2024, what it most refreshes in my mind is just how jank kick was in the older games. When Emarrel has an idle opponent and can still only get kick to come out successfully like 80% of the time, that's some serious jank right there.
I can not imagine his face when he sees that he's dead
Unless he had a rare ring of revival.
In the Duke's Archives, what with Seath's first fight being unwinnable, that might actually be a possibility...
Two years later, I watch this for MOTIVATION.
Amen
deus vult
Now that's what i'm talking about. Someone commend him for awesomeness.
ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAA!
Kicking Hackers too their doom is also seems like a great workout for your character.
It's a great way to stay in shape.
I love this. It's like the lore-stories of mortals fighting as hard as they can to defeat an immortal and eventually their efforts trump immortality itself and they kill/seal the immortal forever.
Still my favorite video after about 3 years of re-watching it occasionally for a laugh. Truly LEDGEndary.
You're a hero among men.
Moral of the story.
Don't skip leg day.
Wait...
All these years later I still look this video up whenever this song comes into my life
Same fam
The sped-up voice is amazing, and so is the music choice.
Gold.
That was awesome. I applaud your diligence, and your music choice. Well done!
The final fantasy ten and gurren lagann(may be misspelled haven't seen it in a long time) I applaud this man
Almost 5 years later and this is still golden.
serves him right for playing through dark souls with unsavory methods!
This is hands down my favorite Dark Souls video. Ever.
Two Best Friends brought me here.
Same.
This is literally one of my favorite videos of all time. I probably watch it once a month now... It's just too perfect.
He really pushed it to the limit
this maybe the best dark soul video I have ever seen and the best sound track
One of my favorite Dks1 videos of all time
This has got to be one of the best DkS videos I have seen. Ever. Not just because of what happens, but the music and captions are just..perfect. I saw this vid last year I think (can't remember) and I still watch it for laughs. Well done, sir/madam! You've earned a subscriber!
Possibly the greatest video I have ever watched
hahaha, so very good. I know I've said something like this before, but I must come and watch this video at least once a month. It's just perfect. Glad you're taking the time to do new tests in DkS2, Emerrel. We all seriously appreciate it.
I fucking died laughing when "Push It To The Limit" came on.
10 years later, best video I ever watched on UA-cam since 2005
Damn, Back to Zanarkand - Final Fantasy X And Row Row Fight the Power - Gurren Lagann.
I like your song choice and thanks for the tute :P
This is now one of my favorite videos on UA-cam. Hacker ownage? Great soundtrack? Satisfied Kyle face? Sold.
You get one tenth of the souls required to level up to the level (from the previous level) of the host. So this host was SL515 because it takes 3596895 souls to level up from 514 to 515, and the invader was given 359689 souls.
all these years and this video is still an inspiration to us all
Man, this. lol Even Patches can't compete with this level of ledge-kicking tenacity!
This was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Thanks LOL
I know i'm almost 4 years late but holy fucking shit, when that song popped out when you started kicking him, I lost it. LOL. Couldn't stop laughing xD
Best use of music ever for a video. The ending song's lyrics were completely fitting!
i've never seen something that beautiful
That was the most beautiful invasion that I've ever witnessed. If only I could be so grossly incandescent.
That was just the best, and win for gurren laggan reference!
A hero and inspiration to us all.
THANK YOU PAT, SUPER BEST FRIENDS PLAY
I was hoping he'd come back at the last second and try to roll away and fall off, but this was amazing, the captions and music made it perfect.
THANKS SUPER BEST FRIENDS FOR BRINGING ME HERE
This is by far one of the best dark souls videos by far. Just due to the music and captions.
Pat and Woolie brought me here.
This will always be a classic back in day, I will always look back in fondness of the good old original dark souls 1 times.
i liked so much I subbed; goddamn that was hilarious.
You are surpassed in greatness by no other undead. Your name shall be hailed throughout every Lordran in all the Multiverse!
Row Row Fight the Hackers
What dedication. Brings a tear to my eye.
OH DEAR GOD THIS IS GLORIOUS.
I once saw this exact same thing in the exact same place and I did what this video taught me.
But for lols I also used the lever to make the bookcase slide back over the wall, so he had to run back and unlock that whole thing again.
Praise the Sun/10
That was...the single greatest thing I've ever seen in Dark Souls. Congratulations are in order. Let the lesson be known to all hackers, that they are not safe anywhere.
anyone here from the Best Friends Dark Souls LP?
Oh boy, HERE WE GO! best part for all you're vids
Hahah, good to see I'm not the only one who uses the Dark Hand on idlers.
Please, does someone know the title of the first track of this epic video (with the violin) ?
GuitarFTFW did you ever figure out the violin track
Lol first i thought this is me, but then I saw the video date... and that the guy is hacking.
That "I'm so Awesome" face at the end made it for me, that was awesome.
Pat and Woolie sent me
By the Gods you have made my day. You Sir are a hero of Dark Souls
i'm new to dark souls, and I found someone like this today.. I DID JUST THAT AHA
After a night of being invaded by hackers, this has successfully unrustled my jimmies.
You have earned a subscriber, good sir!
I think I love you.
Emarrel's music selection for his/her videos is exquisite.
Pat wasn't wrong.
I thought it couldn't get any better until I heard ROW ROW FIGHT DA POWA!
thanks pat
Pat and Woolie brought me here. I was not disappointed
KISS ME
Its a vicious circle, because the way you overcome this is by using a more uncommon invasion like fog ring or gravelording instead, but that makes these same invaders go even lower level to avoid you.
This may be my favorite Dark Souls video ever...just, wow.
my favorite activity is doing what you were doing in the beginning: plundering humanity from everyone with my rank 3 darkhand at a low level. most entertaining activity
I approve of the end image.
So much win.
"Where are my souls? And... my humanity? My hacks... They have betrayed me... FLEE! FLEE FOR YOUR LIVES!"
*proceeds to get beat up by Gandalf*
I've been wondering for so long, what is the name of the really relaxing music right at the beginning before any of the action actually starts?
Pro Gent did you figure it out
ua-cam.com/video/XoMiVU4Po94/v-deo.html
Just for this, just for this I'm gonna sub to you. Oh my god, that was amazing.
Using Gurren Lagaan's music at the end was brilliant. xD So epic. Fit perfectly.
This is the greatest Dark Souls videos of all TIME!!! They should make a covenant in your honor. PRAISE THE LEDGE!!!
This could possibly be the greatest thing i have ever seen from dark souls, GG good Sir, GG
That was pretty epic with the music.
You sir have killed an immortal! The final music was a nice touch.
I actually clapped when I saw the graphic used at the end. That was beautiful.

This entire video, is one BIG MASTER PIECE!
Most inspiring shit I've seen in a long time. Must be the music
Woolie really would love seeing this
Great music choice!
Fantastic ending theme too! I love the Success song from Gurren Lagaan. A+++ would buy again.
