11k psf plus 5% gst plus parking plus 8% registry plus flat interior cost that one has to bear.. this will easily be around 15-16k as cost of acquisition.. this for a flat in Siddharth vihar.. what does that leave for future growth.. rates will be stagnant for medium term atleast.. even if it touches 17k by 2028, this is just not worth it..

that u turn is a major issue. I hope govt will plan to directly link siddharth vihar to delhi meerut expressway as no other entry/exit point on expressway for people going to east delhi like mayur vihar.

There is a huge teaffic jam underpass the NH24. And one cannot drive anytime to come out from that area to NH24. God knows what will happen if whole township starts coming on roads 😢😢😢

@@MsKavindra are you sure these are prestige apporved EOIs?? Because i checked with prestige customer care and they have specifically told me not to fall in the trap of any broker or so called channel partner.. they have clearly stated that they have not authorised anyone for EOI as yet

Please review the video again. They will introduce box pricing for each unit individually, which will include floor and view PLC, if applicable.

Do on ground survey, Indirapuram is destroyed by development authority, full of traffic, water logging and encroachment. Same will be of siddharth vihar trust me. Go for Noida
