Thank you so much for this video because you're basically the only person who has accurately and honestly answered all of the questions I've been wondering about nursing school.
I started watching you from the video you made about working through school and I liked it because when I browse reddit people would either be like "Omg I'm in ADN program and I couldn't imagine working even 1 shift per week" or someone would say "I'm in an accelerated BSN and I work fulltime with 2 kids as a single mom" so I never felt like I could get an honest answer of what I was getting myself into.
Also, thanks for answering the pre-reqs question, I actually just finished my final pre-req today (A&P II) and start my 16 month ADN at the end of next month.
Thanks for your videos, they really helped!

Thank you for watching my videos! And I totally agree with you! I used to see so many different ranges of answers about working while in school. Now that I’ve done it I can honestly say that it just depends on who you are and what your job is. Working while in school is HARD, but people are able to handle it while others are not.
      Good luck!!!

Nursing school is really challenging for sure especially if it’s like 8 week session. Glad you made it.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m currently in Chamberlains online program. I’m almost done with my first year and chemistry is the hardest. I’m also working full time nightshift as a surgical technologist

One more question, did you ever have to dispute a grade? The professor was unable to watch my presentation in automatic so I sent it again but he has not changed my grade and I know I sent a good work assignment 😢

@@lidig3636 I’m sorry that happened to you. Hopefully your professor will change your grade… Yes, I’ve had to dispute grades in the past. It does not happen often, but once I disputed a grade in health assessment and it took my grade on the assignment from a failing grade to an A. A lot of people had complained though (not just me…), so a lot of our grades were adjusted. It’s always better to speak up when things like that happen!
