I've had this printer for 3 days. This morning, after I connected it to the web interface for the first time, I got all the way to updated the firmware, the monitor, and half of updating Mainsail for the printer bricked itself. After a short coffee break (I'd been at it for almost three hours), I came back to a small black window that the connection to Mainsail had failed. I followed the instructions, and clicked on the button, but NOTHING HAPPENED. After fifteen minutes, I turned off my printer. Everything I've done since 9:30 this morning to get this machine to work again has failed. WHERE IS THE BIN FILE FOR THIS PRINTER???????? HOW DO I UNBRICK IT?????
I broke the SD card from my BiQu Hurakan, where can I download the OS firmware and how should I upload it to the SD card? Today is 30 December 2023 We'll see how quickly someone from support will answer me 😂
This printer i don´t know, but i have one BIQU B1 and for god's sake... Never print right, allways a big headache! After keep the BIQU B1 unused and throwed in a corner I decided to buy a new printer from another brand and wow for print is "ready set go" all results are so smuch and fine! I don't know if is my machine who have problems but, I don't trust the brand anymore. Another thing, the support from BIQU is worst ever, they github is too messy, disorganized and outdated! Until recently, the company didn't even have a printer profile on CURA, it needs to work around with profiles to use the printer so, now, BIQU and BigTreeTech is past in my live i don't back anymore.
I've had nothing but great experiences with BIQU and BigtreeTech, but I haven't used their printers. I have the SKR mini E3 1.2, 2, 3.0, Manta M4, SKR 1.4 (non-turbo), two h2 extruders, and have a hermit crab shipping to me now. Not one problem so far in these installs, even after heavy modding. When troubleshooting a new printer always test one thing at a time and you will likely sort it out. 3D aren't turn key appliances yet and require some tuning in every unit I've setup. Maybe with the Bamboo X1 and similar in the future that may change, but take a break when frustrated.
Bought The Hurakan from them has been out of box failure BIQU SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE after sending videos and pics they refused to exhange my printer in the 30 day period now today they send email sending you parts all this from 7/11/2022 .I will never buy from them again lucky i have my other printers to fall back on.
@trardac same here love the biqu b1, I know that manual lvling is pain but it's worth it. The only downside is the wifi card protrudes out of the case and needs a slot cutout. 2nd is the bowden connector is not harden steel/aluminum cause mine broke and had to replace it. Better get ender 3 s1 ($179) same price as "hurakan" or the biqu bx for $229 if still in stock. Ps. Anyone reading this don't buy hurakan it's a pain I the ******* cause the probe pin got stuck in couldn't retract all the way up. The pin was lower than the nozzle so I was unable to lvl the bed. Also the SD card OS is a major NoNo, if you end up losing it or gets corrupted or non functional then ur unable to print.
