You saved my life. I just bought these today and was worried because the sound to me was very muddy, specially compared to my previous headphones which were Beats Solo 3 that I had for 7 years and the quality on those was great. I played around with EQ settings and find that 'Bright' brings the best sound for me, I tried that while connected with my phone over bluetooth, but my main use is going to be on the computer with the cord plugged in but I had them turned off and was worried about the sound. But then you mentioned how you can turn them on while plugged in so they remember the settings and it was a game changer! Now the sound is solid and I've only been wearing them for about an hour, thanks! No one else mentioned that in all the other reviews I had watched.
I recently bought a pair pf these headphones with some xmas money i had been given to buy myself a present. The quick charge is superb, I doubt I will ever need to fully charge them I just keep the USB cable in my bag. The lack of a case was a disappointment but when I found a good case costs over £30 I guess that is to be expected for the £89 price i paid for them (Currys). SO against my Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro and Sony MDR 7506 how do they compare? Sound quality is good but not exceptional the 990s smashed them for fun but they hold up well against the 7506 with the major advantage of being wireless with the phone feature built in. Taking everything into account they do the job and do it well. Would I consider the higher priced ones? No, I will never use them enough to justify the extra cost and since they are not designed as studio monitors therefore I will continue to use my trusted and much loved Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro
Thanks for the comment :-) Yeah, for their intended job, these headphone have been great. Quite utilitarian and they don’t sound bad (especially after an EQ tweak). I also thought about getting a case, but they have been fine just chucked in my bag. You are right about the battery. It lasts forever. I use my Audio Technjca for anything at home. Sound much better with that wired connection. Cheers
@@5ufo In my opinion the m20xbt sound more clinical. They have bass, but they are built on the chassis of the m20x, which are studio monitor headphones. They are meant to sound accurate, not necessarily enjoyable. I do like the sound of them, but I think overall the 720n are better. Also the bass on m20x disappears when you board a bus or noisy train. No noise cancellation. Cheers
@@pixill4ted593Most definitely online. look at places such as Amazon or even the sony website itself. If there's a ongoing sale on the sony website it will most likely also appear on other online sites. Just make sure that sony is actually the company your ordering these headphones from.
Thanks for the comment :-) If it is out of these or the Q30s, I would go for these. They are a little more expensive, but I think they sound better, the noise cancellation works well enough for me on public transportation, and I think they are more comfortable due to them being much lighter. They also have access to the Sony App and all its features. Soundcore headphones are good, but as a personal preference I stuck with the Sonys.
Thanks for the comment :-) You probably could. I find I personally cannot wear any pair of headphones for more than a couple of hours without needing a break. These are quite light though, and after a bit of a break in don’t clamp too hard. The noise cancelling should help hearing the classes well.
I have a lot of experience with both the 720s and the q30s. I have tried out the Space One for a couple of hours, but do not own them. I use the 720s as my regular headphones for commuting or anything where I need to move around and don't want to use earbuds. They are light, easy to use, and I like how they sound. The q30s sound pretty bad out of the box, but an EQ tweak can make them sound really good. They are noticeably heavier than 720s and I find they move around on my head due to looser fit. They are fairly comfortable. I found the Space One very weird. They just sound odd to me, can't really place it. Almost like something is missing from the sound. They also sound hollow when the casing is knocked. They do have a load of features and the best ANC of the three. I use the 720s the most by far, because they tick the boxes of what I need in a pair of bluetooth headphones. I hope this helps. Cheers
They are quite light and fairly comfortable, so I’d say yes. Personally I would rather use earbuds for exercise, but if you need to use headphones then these should do the job.
@@IrensTechnope. I'm a gym junkie, 7days per week lifting and cardio, but there is no way buds are better than headphones. Stationary lifting and not much movement around the gym and both are OK but when it comes to cardio I've had Bose Ultra earbuds (the most highly ranked stay in your ear earbuds), still fall out during cardio. I don't have that issue with my Sony over headphones.
@@JuliusTurner-hm6ff Well ok. I stand corrected. It’s actually great to hear that proper headphones are working for gym use, as I see so many using earbuds. Cheers

How do they sound in comparison to M20xBT? are they more "bright" or "warm" and relaxing? is weight difference noticeable?

Which is better sony 720n or soundcore q45?
I personally went with the 720n due to them being much lighter, more comfy in my opinion, and the ANC was more consistent.
