Recording these videos and just posting them makes it a big money and time investment from our side. Go to windows setting then video card somewhere there , there is list of apps pick one and click on it and chose witch video card u want windows to run it with .

Hello, thank you for the reply. just to let you know, it worked perfectly with 60fps with drops to 40fps but without any issue or hicups ! I dont know the reason i had isse cos after posting here , few days later went to my brother home to show him my new laptop and he went to check game preformance and I dont know how and why but it worked smoothley normal no issue at all ( i didnt do anything ) i dont know if a restart solved it or some backround hidden update was going on, but from nothing it worked and now i am enjoyinh playing it on my new laptop . thnx again @@ZGI

How to disable dtt?
If you are referring to disabling Direct to TV, you will need to go to the settings menu and look for the option to disable it.
At has the same ammount of GB of the nVIDIA 1650 Ti, yet can't reach 60 FPS in Genshin?
The GB or Frame buffer isn't be all and end all in facts sometimes the Vram makes no difference
