    But I have not a room as big as yours, without anything standing in the way. How about standing upright and mop in eights in front of you? Your way is better then bending the back, so. Thanks for the video.

      Sure, why not? Play and explore how to do housework using your whole body - moving from the center and connecting the movements of your arms and legs to the work you're doing. Have fun!

    Very good.
    When or blackberry bushes ripen i pick for a long time and my back aches.
    Recently i twisted my back the wrong way and i am left with a constant stained feeling.i have done movents from Feldenkrais that have helped helped me. But there is somethings that have not been helped, yet.
    The same as years ago when i bagged groceries there must be a similar movement i do that aches my back.

      I have haven't been an i able to get to a practitioner here in Florida.
      This is on one of the idea i asked about, today actually in one of your videos, good thoughts such as this can be very helpful, thank you in, advance and....

    My husband says i would not give that too much attention, she is straining her body too much, she should walk up closer too the wall, he is trying to train me not to strain too much, when i was vacuuming, i am not getting it, yet as with lifting, Sandra Bradshaw was teaching that wrong.
