    This is really awesome. Has helped me a lot. After what seemed like de quervain's, these exercises really helped to get back to a pain free wrist.

    This somatics exercises was the only thing that could release my tight and painful neck, back and left arm muscles. Before that, i was tryng streching, massages, pilates, yoga and nothing worked so well. Don´t know why so few people know of this form of terapy that is so effective.

      You're very welcome! Pandiculation is truly amazing, yet so simple. It's a natural brain response to tension, so pandiculate often. I'm traveling around the world teaching and training others, so one day it would be great to get to Brazil to teach!!

      I think the reason these somatics approaches - going all the way back to Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and others is that it's about the brain learning. Cognitive science isn't really mainstream, not like physical science, as most people are dominated by the old school physical lens, still. But the learning-brain is clearly the best way to deal with pain, even if it's not yet the mainstream.
