Finecut not cutting through? Here is how to fix the problem. Hypertherm 45xp DIY plasma cnc

One of the biggest issue with the Hypertherm Finecut consumables is not cutting through. Even doing everything by the book they still have problems. Here are the steps I went through on my diy plasma cnc to troubleshoot and eventually fix the issue.

When I use the 220857 part on my cnc machine it doesn't create an arc and makes bursting sounds, but when I use 220947 it makes an arc but doesn't pierce the metal on finecut

I may do a video in the future on more cutting. I did compare the fine cuts to the standard nozzles and the fine cuts do have a finer cut. I cut detailed parts and I wasn't able to get the details with the standard nozzles.
