Love this channel and the 10:30 mark (mentioned below.) My wife was stressing about the election results (Still undecided as of this note) and I told her about stoicism which I was turned on to about 2 years ago from a team member at work. I'm helped me tremendously. Basically control what you can control, accept change, be a good person, help others and don't worry about the rest. One I repeat to myself when I'm ever being attacked is from Marcus Aurelius' which is..."Rise above insults, injuries & idiots..." I'm already teaching my kids about stoicism as well they totally get it.

Tough times don't last, but tough people do...
There is a element I feel can be easily missed and wish to bring it to attention. Do these inspirations fuel your personality/ego, or soul? This is the battle of consciousness the warrior with in faces, to overcome the attraction of opposites, the duality of what is desired and that who desires. To prove to ones own self, not others, that the illusion of form no longer hold them back. The personality looks to the crown, desire, form for inspiration. The disciple looks towards the spirit, divinity with in, and why you have come into this incarnation.
Ultimately, will you function has a soul or as the personality? Will you overcome the great illusion?
This is the test our epoch faces, that is ending. Will your souls progress or be recycled and purified by fire? To the Greeks this is the 8th Labor of Heracles and where we are as the human race.

dude, the warped voice is just a bit bothersome. .
I do get used to it, and the theatrical epicness of the music creates a solid 'emotive' response; but if your voice were a just little less warped, I feel it would be just a bit more intimate and meaningful. Maybe reading slow, deliberately, but with your real voice would sound cooler.

I’ve listened to this audio but now I have to points to address. Quotes are for everyone, not only the strongest character. And the ad in the middle of it? Why!
Cowards are bold in a crowd especially around family, hiding there adulterous acts including addictions to pain killers and adultery making there spouses bastards including losing conception of reality. But must I speak amongst these which are hypocrites no I should not , but step away and wait for them to take responsibility and realize they are fighting themselves a war amongst themselves. I am about to show my family with the father something that will astound them adversely in the next couple of years. This does not demote them or make them any less , it is something that will happen and is proclaimed by ? It is not my biding too say but I will prosper more than everyone combined in my family combined and this is a lesson to be learned to not be financially consumed or think you are something because of the money or things you have and I will hand out money too everyone in my family, I do not wish too be repaid but respect ✊ that is all and understand purpose in life . I completely understand flesh and no matter what your doing if against it is addictive behavior I am well aware of that and will individually counsel each and everyone one of my family members, closet issues need to stop and blacklists do not need to exist . I have dirt on several of my family members now and if need be it gets out of hand I will say something , I’m not gonna start naming people but I can prove it
