I stumbled onto this website and I’m happy I did. I love this women who is concise, doesn’t waste time talking, explains the exercises clearly and focuses on the physical problems associated with arthritis. I’m 76 and have been very active most of my life but now face arthritic issues in my hips and back. She is a wonderful teacher!! And has helped me ease my pain. Thank you so much.

2 years ago I started getting pain in my upper back and both arms, had an mri and found 2 bulges. A year ago I got pain in my lower back, did mri and found 2 bulges. Although doctors say they are minor and I shouldn't be in constant pain like I am. Tried injections, ablation, physical therapy, etc with no relief. Over the last few months I'm now getting pain in my feet, shoulders, mid back, wrists, etc. I'm 39, eat well enough and do light excersizes at the gym about an hour a day. Been to many doctors, they just say im getting older. What is going on?

The multi directional is the best. If my bad hip is very tight/stiff, I stretch to put my foot flat on the floor during the back movement. It helps tremendously. 👍

Just discovered you. My knees have been hurting badly for about three weeks.Prior to that they did not hurt at all. Pain in left knee sometimes at the knee cap and sometimes it feels like a tendon in the outside of my left leg. I usually use a stationary bike for low impact cardio and walking outside. I have not been able to do either. Also, my left leg hurts in the bed at night. Should I use my stationary bike for 5 minutes as part of my warm up or not until I am pain free? I plan on start doing your exercise video for pain free knees tomorrow.
Thank you for the video s

Hi Alyssa, I am a new subscriber and I am really enjoying your videos. I have a question and I was wondering if you could help me. I am a very active person in my 70's female.
I do have some knee issues but not anything that prevents me from doing the activities I enjoy. However, since it has started getting colder outside I have been getting knee
and leg pain which comes on suddenly when I am standing. I do walk barefoot and I am active but I do a lot of sitting. It feels like my leg just gives out along with a lot of
pain. Is this happening because of the sitting too much or is a weakness in my glutes. Thank you in advance and I do appreciate your videos. I have been doing many of the
exercises. All the best to you.

Hi! Thanks for your videos and the time you take to share with us. I'd like to know if you could also share some exercises or other things for OA in the shoulders. I have OA too both my shoulders, it's very handicapping in my everyday life and I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just a little over 40, not overweight, try to exercise everyday, pay attention to my diet, take UC II, glucosamine.... Please help me! Thank you

One potential reason is when it becomes difficult to straighten the knee, the back can get tight. Strengthening can be one way to work the muscles out.

You can check out these shoes kurufootwear.sjv.io/qnBZ35
Also, depending on your location, you can go to specialty shoe stores, like a running specific shoe store. And they typically have machines that can scan your foot and give recommendations of shoes based on your foot profile.
