At the moment being 16-22 in India is nothing less than a hell plus if you belong to Middle class with a lot of Relatives being worried about you (so that you don't climb high) plus not having Reservations and being the only child in your family. The mental pressure is so high that even if you talk about depression no one is there to listen you and will just avoid saying "Abhi to bacha hai bacho ko depression nahi hota"

Physicswallah is a very famous centre founded by Alakh Pandey..his goal is to help prep students for iits with a lesser amt of money..while other institutions like Allen take 3-4 lakhs physicswallah takes 10000 and the teachers are very good

My parents response to this is they are paying my school/college fee for me to study and become something in life and they don't let me go towards anything else.
i am lucy enough to have parents who understand that they have told me to work hard, on doinbg my preps on german.
if your parents are not allowing u, just start german and when they will see you struggling in jee exams, they will definatly tell you to do something else, then you propose you already nkow german you now the process your already ready. there is a still a chance you might just get the permission

I am preparing for JEE currently in 11th just want to clear mains and adv (not worried about rank) because i think education in Germany is far more better. Just want to avoid Studienkollege that's why preparing for JEE

I managed to get 97%ile this year, i can get in good nits. But i would prefer saving money, for the above reasons.

Im currently in class11th, and have a dreams to go Germany for masters is aerospace engineering. The problem is the transition from class10th to 11th is quite huge, i have to attend PW online coaching everyday for 4hrs. Im not getting enough time to learn german on a daily basis. Rn my father is not pressuring me to be an IITIAN but I want to become one so as i can do aerospace courses in future. IDK whether im going on the right path or not but ig it will be fine if i beleive in myself. You are welcome to give any suggestions.
I am a passout from a tier-2 college [ private ] . If you are sure about what you have to do , then giving your maximum is good. I you get into an IIT , its great, even if you dont't get , you have different option . As a passout, I would say that at last the experiences , the skills you develop matters. If you try , you can get an IIT level Job offer , or Go abroad .
You are doing it wrong. You should now prepare for your 12th and competitive exams. You should focus on getting good marks and good college(prefer central or state government college).
After your 12th, you will have 4 years to plan for your masters in germany.
Also it is better to pick computer science if it is not an IIT . Because I see many mechanical and aerospace engineering students crying that they should have picked computer science.
If you really want to do aerospace engineering , do more research on what you will learn in the course and how is the job market after the course. Suggest you to look at IIST once.
Why not Instead try for Bachelor's in Germany ??....
im already preparing for jee, the thing about Germany is dat its just my road map. Im not interested in CS at all dats why i want to do a job in an industry which i have interest on. In India there are quite few colleges providing aerospace courses so depending on it, theres a possiblity dat i have to opt for mechanical in future. But currenly i am gonna put my all to score good in JEE

bus colleges mai zyada hi appliucations aati hai toh its one factor :) and jo score report aati hai usme proper skills analysis dete hain ki yeh course karna hai toh iske related skill level pe hai ki nahi :) NOT LIKE JEE!

I had two sons, Elder son completed 10 + 2 (Bipc) 2022 Now he is taking Long term for NEET Exam. He is interested in medical carier.
2nd son (Shaik Taj Sahil) appear for his 10 + 2 (MPC) Exam. He is interested in computers side.

India has 1.45 Billion people. Most people can't stop having babies. And our economy is far behind EUROPE AMERICA.
Ab itne engineers har saal passout hote hain sabko to badiya job milegi nahi.
And most engineers apart from IIT IIIT NIT BITS don't deserve to be engineer.
That's why there are competition exams to pick the best brain because anyway govt. lack resources and there aren't many jobs for all engineers.

Teko pata hai iit/nit/iiit me core branches waale most CSE/it/consulting me baith the hai? Aur bhai zaruri nhi nit iiit hi acche hai kabhi Dtu nsut lnmiit ye sab ka naam suno ...nits 1.2 lacs tak milte hai aur reservation laga toh 2.5lacs you think those people are the only engineers. ...India me core branches ka salary dekho fir bolo ...I'm saying this because I got 96.78~97 percentile in jee mains still I'm not getting a good nit specially for core branches

1) Core Branch is a waste. INDIA main itna developement nahi hai.
In India most jobs are into IT, Electronics.
So there should be more seats in CS/IT/EEE/ECE and less seats for core branches.
2) I know sab IIT/NIT etc se core wale IT main baithe hai. But they can still code better than other private engineering graduates.
And I doubt how students are graduating from private engineering colleges. Unko kuch nahi aata.
3) I don't think that engineering is suitable for everyone. At max there should be 60-70 Engineering colleges. India ka itna GDP nahi hai extra engineers to accommodate kar lain.
4) Also most engineers try MBA which means their 4 years is wasted. They should go for other options like Business Management, Arts, Commerce, Marketing etc.

Itni job hai nahi hai core engineering main.
In top IITs students do get a job in core companies like Shell and Schlumberger.
Some get a job in govt. companies.
But no chance for other colleges.
There are way more engineers than jobs.
That's why we have competitive exams.
Have you seen IT companies having national-level competitive exams?
We are living in 2023 so most jobs will be in Computer Science and Electronics.
No way can there be the same number of jobs in core branches like Civil and Mechanical.
We don't need so many engineers in a civil engineering project.
Research main bhi limited workforce hog. Not everyone is capable of doing research.
Govt/ research main paisa deti nahi.
Saara budget Gareeb logo ko free food dene main nikal jata hai.
In short, don't expect much.
You need to learn to code if you want a decent engineering job in INDIA.
Or try marketing or business development.
Every year 14 lakh students get engineering degrees which is extremely high.
In the USA there are only 70k engineers per year.
And US GDP is 7X times.
That's why so many unemployed engineers
Also, I don't think that 14 Lakh engineers are capable of doing an engineering job.
Most engineers can't even solve a 10th-class basic mathematics question.
Lots of engineers hate their subject. A lot of students take engineering because of parental pressure.
At most 1.5 lakhs are actually fit for an engineering job.
Others are just defrauded by private colleges that sell engineering degrees.
And even in the USA / Germany / EU, the majority of jobs are in IT or Electronics. You can check anywhere.
