Visited this gym a couple of weeks back. It is seriously incredible. Price point is so affordable as well for all the facilities it offers.

Love the commitment to autobelays. A really kick-ass new gym just opened near me, maybe the same size as this place, with huge, gorgeous lead walls and only 6 autobelay routes for the whole gym. There are a lot of times when you just want to do some laps on 5.10s or when you don't have a belay partner and want to work on some harder project routes. No shame in autos!
Had the pleasure of visiting here this week, with @Barrbuck Climbs. We mainly stuck to the bouldering (there is a lot here) yellows/reds. 6a-7a
Absolutely fantastic place, very clean, so much to do. Fantastic pricing! The locals are truly spoiled!! And the food was absolutely delicious 😋

Just checked out the gym's website and membership is like half the cost of my local small bouldering gym, kinda wishing I lived in Barcelona now..
The monthly membership is 67€. Do you really pay double for a bouldering gym? My local gym (lead and boulder) is indeed really small, but at least I pay 40€. Renting gear is also cheap, 1€ for item, be it shoes, harness, rope or gri gri.
@@Rankidu i have a Buddy paying $90/mo in Portland, Oregon for a single gym. I get access to three gyms near me for less than that, including yoga and fitness classes. Some gyms are just money grabs it seems.
@@geneceyed9315 a local gym near me is tiny and only offers bouldering for $85
Amazing to see how indoor climbing still is growing and people like it. Its quite a lesson to be a founder and developer of a gym. I did it in 1996 with Vertical Relief- Flagstaff Climbing Center, which could easily fit inside this place. OG thumbs up to CS and crew!
Just a heads up, the gym is not really in Barcelona. There is a gym in Barcelona but that is not it. This one is in Gavà. You kind of need a car to go there.

It's actually very easy to get there by train.
@@nicoswd that's if you live near a station that carries the right line, i live in Barcelona itself and it takes me more than 1h to get there by public transport. It is worth it if you have the time though

Suspended wall is so sick and never would of even thought of that artistic style. Chris is an amazing ambassador with vision unmatched. Flights to Barcelona from LAX are cheaper than my flight to Pennsylvania. Hmmm. Looks like a trip in the works soon. 😆🤙

@Skip Daulton 16 euros for a day pass, been there 3 times already, you need at least 5 to 6h to see it all

Wow. Wife ordered a trip to Barcelona earlier this year and it seems like the hotel is 2 km away from the gym. I was going to look for a climbing gym, but now it seems I don't have too.

Fantastic and futuristic too ! Looks expensiv, is expensive? For sure not! 14 Euros single entrance , reduced 10 Euros and morning card till 12.00 10 Euros and the option of cheaper monthly cards and yearcard. It is not directly in Barcelona, it is in Gavà (25 min) by bus or car, the right warm up distance ! :)

The most large routes length are 25 mts (very steep zone).
A 40 mts rope is enough for the rest

Why should you own a car? The gym is only 5 mins to the train station 🤘🚂

Been here a couple times, everything so cool, but damn the boulder crashpads are so so hard and painful to fall on
Might just be because it's so new? Pads tend to soften up with use.
One of my local gym has this type of pads as well, the surface has a rough fibre that can give you abrasions too.
OMG! That is awesome if only the flight operators out of the UK could get their act together.
Only thing I'm not seeing much of is cracks!

The gyms in London are genuinely depressing compared to this. To be fair, they're genuinely depressing all by themselves. Why do people even wanna move here?
