For the folks that have a problem with the backpack and the torso - it one hundred percent has to do with making sure that you properly fold those rear wheels and that post into the provided hole - if it is not properly seated into that hole, then the backpack will not fully compress which results in the arms not hanging properly.
So far i'm not having any luck finding repo lables for Fury to hide that square hole that Emgo mentioned. Toyhax doesn't have any other than for the G1 figures. Has anyone found a site that has them available? I can live with the hole in the windshield, but rather not if there's an option available. And thanks for great reviews on both figures Emgo. I've been holding off transforming them until you were able to get JTI's up on your channel. With as fiddly as Overdrive was, I don't want to take any more chances than necessary with these two.
"Fast" and "Fury"? I see what they did there... Also, a little surprised the side mirrors don't fold into the legs. Looks like the little panel that closes up there would be designed to cover them, but I guess not.
I always get Runamock and Runabout mixed up. It's the Rumble/Frenzy situation for me. I wonder if someone is going to do MP versions of the Autobot spring-loaded transformers, the Jumpstarters Twin Twist and Topspin?
Did you have any problem with the right foot at all? Ive had 2 different fogures break at thar rotating fender because it was so tight, exchanging for a third figure and hoping it will be ok
It still kills me that Runamuck was a Pontiac Firebird while Runabout was a Lotus Esprit, which cost like eight times what a Firebird did new at the time. (While Firebirds are no longer available new because Pontiac ceased to exist years ago, a Camaro is still quite affordable while a comparable modern Lotus is only two or three times the price of a Camaro, depending on trim level and so on.)
It would make so much more sense if Runamuck transformed into a Ferrari Testarossa or something. Then you'd have two Decepticons who both turn into European mid-engined sports cars.
I wonder if Barricade has to chase Runabout down in order to get him under control while Runamuck isn't really happen with his brother about being chased by Barricade. And that hole in the windshield doesn't really mind to me.
@@emgo316 maybe the lighting? That said, I have a color deficiency and brown falls right between the red and green I have issues with 😉 For that matter, maybe the manufacturer is color blind?
I have to say, I like the transformation logic on Fury better than Fast. His little cowl doesn’t have the itty bitty flange tabs that threaten to shear off if you put too much stress on them, and his legs are a little easier to transform. They’re both great molds, though. Out of curiosity, where do you get your Decepticon labels?
I'm here for Sad PacMan.
Lmao
As a car guy myself, I can tell that he is, indeed, a car.
I thought so 🤔
It’s not a review until Emgo does it. Thanks so much!
The tail lights are just the difference between show accurate vs car accurate with the lined lights being car accurate.
What car is it?
@@arx3516 Lotus Esprit, 3rd Generation.
Which is why I enjoy a healthy mix of toon and real-world/toy accuracy. I like that these car modes are coming very close to the actual cars.

Thanks, that's exactly the problem I'm having, but my wheels refuse to post into the holes no matter how hard I push. Maybe a jackhammer?
You have to force it in - it’s scary though
I think the color is great, it still looks fairly animation accurate while also letting the details show. I'll probably try to pick one up!
On camera he comes across as a dark gunmetal grey, rather then brown the way Emgo describes him as.

It’s not on toyhax. It’s someone on instagram I believe.

Just realized that the box art is an homage to issue 23 of the Marvel comic.
I think XTBs got Wildrider and Runabout confused when it came time to decide final colors. They gave him Wildriders color palette.

No engine detailing up front because it’s a mid engined Lotus Esprit 🙂
Those that had issues with the torso staying together didn't have the torso transformed correctly....MIne stays together perfectly!!
These two are my 2nd favour underrated bots! First on is Flywheels/skytread
There's a reason for not seeing the engineblock in front of the car.
Cause Lotus Esprits are rear-engined cars.
Did you have any problem with the right foot at all? Ive had 2 different fogures break at thar rotating fender because it was so tight, exchanging for a third figure and hoping it will be ok
Are you looking at getting X-Transbots Omnibots at some stage. It'll be good to see you review of them.
Now the head lights are smart

Let’s not forget that, that era of Firebird/Trans Am were kinda trash no matter how popular Knight Rider made it.
@@IamGalvatron Yeah, but they looked cool.

Fury looks good
On the camera he looks gray.
you have to see it in person
I have the figure next to me, and it looks the same to me on camera. Might want to check your monitors color settings.
Another great review!

Xtb does a fantastic job on mp figs, ngl
They're hit or miss with me. They always seem to make some questionable decisions with their figures.
Honestly this one looks way more solid in many aspects compared to the other one
I attempted to eat my star saber but it didn't go so well.
I was noticing. The toy is a rear engine modeled car probably a fierro
Looks kind of charcoal in color to me, don't see brown, maybe because the red next to it?

Who is the little bionical buddy?
You must be new? Say hello to Mascot! Yep, that's his name and he's fantastic. 😂
@shawndashno6022 he's cute I've been watching for a bit but never herd his name and never caught a video early enough to ask
If you want peak mascot, look for the mascot reviews. Terminus Hexatron and DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime come to mind as standouts
It's my boys!!! Love to see the battle-chargers!!!
Edit: Removed unnecessary words.
Nice, I think I prefer Runabout colorscheme.
Do you still have BadCube Steamroll aka Sideswipe?
much better than the G1 version
I miss when you used to say "These numbers make this onion sad." at the age recommendation symbol
I never said that
mandela effect in full swing
So do they both essentially have the same transformation?
some minor differences due to the different cars they are molded into
How many figures do you own? You gotta own atleats like ten thousand😭😭😭
