Stayed up very late one night when sick in 4th grade and discovered DEVO on TV. To this day, I can remember the EXACT feeling of being left speechless at witnessing a magnitude of "cool" that my child brain could barely process. I'm 52 now. Then, now, and forever will I consider DEVO the greatest rock and roll band of my lifetime.
I remember falling in love with Devo when they appeared on the The Merv Griffin Show with their version of Satisfaction. Also a few years later my first live concert.
Fantastic! We NEED the revolutionary and forward looking culture that bred bands like Devo, because the world is really messed up and we need to finish what was started in the late 60's, 70's, and even 80's.
i remember buying their first album....man what decade was that? they were crazy radical for the day and listening to them now, they are just as good and just as radical as they were then. i'm glad i listened to this now version of unrollable urge, the song still holds up and so does the band and you can tell they are having a blast. great work guys, there's nobody like devo. i'm sure i still have that first album, possibly more, there's stacks of rock vinyl here from about 1967 to the end of the LP era. but, vinyl has to be stored flat and that makes going through them a chore.
Bob2... I still miss you

Awesome cool band!
LOL Mark´s face when that punk jump off the stage.
I saw them on the NuTra tour in Austin, TX. Forty odd years later, still the BEST Frigging live show I ever saw!

I love the way Mark threw that guy off the stage in a kind, non offensive manner. He is a genuinely Cool Dude....
Awesome DEVO!!!!!!
Genius
Brutal
When was this videoed? Seems recent... DEVO is similar in some ways to the Rolling Stones....Until Death do we Perform. Good for them....
Looks like footage from the Hardcore DEVO Live Blu-Ray disc, which was performed around 2014 months after Bob 2 died.
🎭SÚPER CLÁSICO DEL PUNK ROCK, UN TEMA MÁS QUE PERFECTO💖✨

The coolest nerds in school
Was that Andy Roy?
a unique band. simply from another planet.
We’re all Devo
THEY got it right.
I see they didn't replace Bob 2. Rip Bob Casale.
Have they devolved to being a four piece band now ?
Bob Casale a.k.a. Bob 2 passed away in 2014.
@@mateuszmattias Yes but since then they had added a new fifth member to replace Bob I believe. When did this concert happen ?
is a 2023 show?
Ridiculousness
