  • #laos #wetmarket #travel An eye-opening video of a wet market in Phonsavan, Laos. Whiskey fermented with wasps was one of my favorites. Endless surprises here. Taken on August 5, 2017

This was one of the most fun videos I’ve ever done. Mr. Von was an excellent guide and we got along well.

Don’t understand what’s the big deal with porcupine? Not everyone in the will eat the same common animals. Porcupine are hunted and eaten in the USA, just not as common as squirrel, rabbits, deer, elk, moose, etc. I’ve had it on an elk hunting trip.

I usually don't see my meat displayed with the full carcass on a table, unskinned so it was a bit of a shock to me. As a hunter, it may not be shocking but I imagine that most people watching are not hunters like you. Perspective.
