Placing the rescue tube under the head assists better contact with the board at the patients head. Here you can see the head of the board lowers as its placed under the board. basically elevating the head is better than elevating the foot of the board

The trapezius grip is what is supporting the head and keeping spine aligned.

this seems to take pretty long, it seems cheking for breathing would be smart. It also semms to creat a pretty large aspiration risc
