You are in shallow water ...geez louise ..loose the tubes they are just in the way. In my day guard two had the board in the water anchored at the edge and you ran the patient up like trailering a boat. Manually stabilize head and chest strap them, board lifted and pivoted parallel up and on deck. All done in same time as the rough and tough (luck) technique shown here.
