You don’t need a us sim card. Just post content that people in the us want to see and instagram will show your conte to them. I’m from Pakistan but majority of my audience is from the uk or usa
Actually you not need it , as majority of the population on ig is from India and USA and UK so just create content what people love to see and get reach , always use English as your language , algorithm will pick it and show to English audience but be patient and consistent
