those ribs look amazing. everytime I grab a plate of brisket and beef rib...the beef rib always tends to stand out more...i just gotta make beef ribs more! great outtakes at the end haha

Good job on the ribs. I dig your style man, very informative and funny. Easy to follow. I have the peach wrapping paper and have used it several times, big fan of it but for my videos I use tin foil. Not sure why looking back at it. I will have to try the peach paper on a video. Thanks for sharing man!

I discovered your channel probably a month or so ago and man am I glad I did! I follow A LOT of bbq channels, but I gotta say you're definitely one of my favorites to watch! Very entertaining, don't change your style. Everyone else can be very monotone and no different from the next guy. Keep up the good work!
Hey Everett I followed your steps on rib making this weekend and I won the rib contest against my husband. My Son was the judge and blind folded too yay me!!! Thank you Everett. Oh and this video is awesome too. Next month I will try another bbq recipe

Great to know a fellow Hoosier! 👊 I found these at the Indianapolis Costco on North Michigan Road. So far, they are only one of the three Costcos that i have seen carrying them in Indy. Sams Club is supposed to carry them as well but every Sams here cuts them up into small sections early in the morning before they even open. I always ask and they say they can't help me. I just kept cruising at 275 if memory serves.... in hindsight, I would have liked to hike up the temp just to decrease the cooking time. They sure were tender though. Thank you so much for checking out the video! 👍

Did you crank it up to 280 after the 5 1/2 hour mark when you wrapped them ?
