Do you have real time statement of any mutual funds thta has given a good returns. Everyone talk about these mutual funds gives more returns. But no one showed the real statement of the return.
10:47 - Hi Rahul, I didn’t find the ELSS and SWP mixed example used in the video useful. If I have to withdraw from ELSS on 37th month and then again put it in ELSS only then in that case I should not withdraw. By withdrawing firstly you are paying LTCG and second you are purchasing at higher NAV after 3 years. Rather i will let the money remain in ELSS. Would appreciate if you can ckarify the doubt.

We need full video on SWP. Also the taxation methodology. If we opt for 20 lac in mf, and after one year opt for swp of Rs 20000 per month, total swp is 2.4 lac and tax is rs 14000 (10% of 1.4 lac) Is it correct? But swp 20000 consists of capital gain and corpus in major. Gain alone will be taxed. Then the tax is not 14000 but very less. Please clarify thro a video with example. Thank you.

The question is how the mutual fund generated 10% return + their expense + profit for mutual fund companies. It should generate minimum 15-20% return. If it does not generate?
Any Nifty 50 has given return of 12% in the long run. So it is easy for a mutual fund to generate 10% returns in the long run, secondly expense and profit for mutual funds are the same. They don’t make profit by investing our money, revenue earned by fund houses are by charging an expense ration to the customers. It varies from 0.05% of passive funds upto 2 percent in actively managed funds in the direct plan. When you opt for regular plan, these charges are even more. So the mutual fund houses earn even when market is falling since they are earning by charging a percentage of investments from The customer while investing. More the AUM, more the fund house earns. Hope this helps
I don’t think it’s making any sense ! Explanation : Suppose I started SIP of 2000 from Aug’23 which I can redeem on September ‘26. You are saying after 3 year take money out from 1st SIP and invest in 4th year again through SWP. My question : In 3 years maximum this 2000 SIP will be 3000 , so you want me to setup a SWP which will allow me to withdraw 65% of full value and the rest will stay there (roughly 1000) . What is the point?? Instead of that invest just 1k and leave it/forget it.

Currently I do have some SIPs in other MFs not in ELSS. I can think about changing it to this cocktail method.

ELSS tax savings comes under 1.5 lakh 80D. Many salaried people cannot use it. And ELSS funds do not give good returns compared to non-ELSS funds.
