I have never thought that a speedrun of building a meme statue would actually bring me cool starts, like blowing up tnt in the water using pressure plate under it
I dont know much about Tas but the gameplay looks like it could be done better, it just didnt look perfect. As an example at 1:09 he didnt hit the one squid. Maybe I‘m wrong idk.

Spawn above a buried treasure, next to a woodland mansion and a flower forest. Get the tnt from the treasure chest, as well as the iron, an iron sword, and cooked fish. Use the iron to make shears, and as many weighted pressure plates as possible. While outside, grab pink flowers from the ideally nearby flower forest, and craft pink dye, use that to dye some sheep pink to get the wool needed. Go inside the mansion, kill a vindicator to get an axe, and either break into from outside or otherwise find your way to a secret fake stronghold room, get the tnt and ender pearls, then find a chicken statue room, and a cat statue next to it, use the spare iron from the chest to make weighted pressure plates and any leftover wood to make a pressure plate, and blow up both statues, collecting the wool. Then go outside, and build the statue by the water, jumping down when you’re done. Completely new route but its what i thought of, dunno if it would be any faster.
@@bruhbanana1 potentially, I honestly just came up with the route really quickly, kinda just to see if there would be a better route i could think of, but I'm not experienced with TAS's at all, so i really don't know
maybe a badlands seed would be nice for some white concrete and if in a future version (i know this one is in 1.16.1) you could also get pink concrete from an archelogy ruin using a efficiency golden pickaxe from a ruined portal or an exposed mineshaft in the badlands
