Service Based Business Tips: Document Everything!

One of the best service based business tips I've ever received is to document everything. Write all of the things you're doing, even is they seem simple and unimportant.
If you're creating a website, documents the process. If you're creating a logo, document the process. If you're trying to find customers, document the process.
At some point your business is going to grow beyond just you and you're going to need clear processes and documentation of what you've done so that you can train others to do it just as well.
