This has nothing to do with ACCESSING you Amazon Fire Stick Account. This is specifically how to REGISTER A DEVICE, NOT accessing the account . This exactly what happens when people don't pay attention to what is said vs. jumping in without reading the entire question, and they make an assumption which is typically the antithesis of the question.
Thank you somebody 🤦🏾♀️ I called Amazon to get my money back frm items I returned someone bought me for my baby shower, and they gave str8 hell . All I asked was to apply the money bk to Amazon acct instead of refunding the money bk to the person who brought it, let me get something else. So they returned it to an old acct and wanted me to verify the acct with an old debit card I no longer had over 2yrs ago. I’m like thts crazy who keeps their discarded card exp date n (3) digit sc , so he said go to the bank and ask for the info, or verify the purchase amt ,date and code of purchase. Of course I did go the bank and the teller says we dnt hv tht information anymore on old debit card’s and she never heard of #’s at the end of transcript. So I asked if I cld reas the only #’s I see on the statement, whn I did he was like thts not it, so I’m like sir even the teller doesn’t kno wht ur tlkn abt. So he thn says we’ll there’s another way to verify it, by giving him the serial # of my FIRESTICK so I’m like sir u kno I’m at the bank and ppl dnt drive around w/their fstk in their cars. So I’m like sir I kno I’m not the 1st nor will I be the last that doesn’t have an old debit card #’s over 2yrs old recorded, so why am I having to got thru all of this for swapping out gifts for something else off my registry!?? I’m not even asking for the $$ bck there has to be an easier way to verify an old Amazon acct! So he thn says verify ur email address and sc also to an acct I only had used once for the purpose of getting in to order as a guest really quick why n cnt they see the current info tht I’ve been using for 3yrs and use tht 🤷🏾♀️ all of this in other words is ridiculous and I wanted to know if anyone else ever had a hard time with Amazon withholding fund’s?
I logged out of my Amazon account and I’ve trying logging back in using this step and the activation code registers but the screen doesn’t move onto the next step??
Wat if I wanna use someone else's account info an I deregister my account to put in someone else's do I loose my apps like zeus an Starz if they don't have it on there account
@@Jimmilito1 yes I solved it by skipping that part completely I bypassed the sign in by going through the voice activation bit and it skips this part completely but I can’t remember step by step cause it was like 3 months ago lol
We can't get on our Amazon account we know the email and password but it still is saying failed login whyyyy

How do you create a new account it's not letting us.. everyone that's demonstrating already has an account what about the ones who don't
If it’s not letting u on the tv then use ur phone or computer and go to www.amazon.com and create acct.
